Photos and Description of this Bradenton holiday bungalow Quiet residential area- 5min drive to Anna Maria Island

HAPPY OURS -is a large 4 bed/ 2 bath air conditioned home, with new modern kitchen, new heated and screened pool and fully tiled throughout. Open plan, airy and spacious. All high end linens & towels provided. It has cable TV and DVD player with a collection of films. Also has high speed internet access. The accommodation also has: Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room and a Florida Room over looking the screened pool with a large lanaii (deck) with BBQ and plenty of tables and chairs. It is 5 minutes walk from the beaches of Palma Sola Bay and just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The bungalow is in a quiet tree lined residential neighbourhood, yet all shopping, restaurants and fun things to do are a short drive away. Busch gardens is 50 minutes drive. Orlando 90 minutes drive. There are superb golf courses close by. As safety is our main concern there are smoke AND carbon monoxide alarms fitted in every room.

HAPPY OURS- Welcomes you to Florida living at its best. Beautiful white sandy beaches and year round good weather. Sarasota, St Armands Circle and Longboat Key are all well within half an hours drive. Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach are within a 5 minute drive. Watch the manatees and dolphins at play on nearby Palma Sola Bay. (5 minutes WALK) Owned and operated by an English couple who live just around the corner and will be there if you need any help.

Relax or activity-your choice: Within a short drive are fabulous restaurants, cafes and bistros, superb shopping malls and De Soto National Park. Disney and Busch Gardens are 90 mins and 50 mins drive respectively. If that sounds all too hectic then walk to the beaches of Palma Sola Bay where you can bar-b-que your dinner whilst watching the dolphins and the sunsets. Walk another mile to see the endangered manatees playing in the Palma Sola boat marina, the baby manatees are there from April. A wondrous sight that will stay with you forever. And of course there are the sugar white beaches all with in a 5 minute drive at Anna Maria Island-Bradenton Beach-Coquina Beach and Holmes Beach. A little bit further along the gulf road is Longboat Key, a beautiful barrier island. Drive another 15 minutes and you arrive at St Armands Circle, which is well worth a day out to see the high end boutiques and high class eateries. I love to sit in the island in the middle of the circle and just people watch.
