Located directly on the Meadows 18 hole championship golf course in Weybridge. This fabulous summer holiday rental condo, is fully air conditioned and fully equipped throughout. New cream carpet throughout and new floor tiling extending into the Lanai, which accommodates patio table and four chairs to enjoy the stunning views of the lake and golf course. Living room has two leather sofas, cable TV/VCR/DVD and the dining room has a glass table with six upholstered chairs. Kitchen is newly tiled with new stove and fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Also circular ceiling fan. Master bedroom has lake and golf course views. King size bed, dresser, walk in closet. Shower cubicle, cable TV and phone. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, new dresser, closet, TV, full size bath tub and shower. Utility room has new washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. Beach chairs and parasol. Linen, bedding, sheets, all towels provided.

The Meadows is a community based around three golf courses and numerous lakes, with nature trails and wildlife conservation areas. It is 15 mins from Sarasota, a subtropical coastal resort, offering something for everyone and features some of the worlds most beautiful beaches such as Siesta, Lido and Longboat (as advertised in the Conde Nast travel magazine) also numerous championship standard golf courses. Other attractions include deep sea fishing, day trips to Myakka State Park, Bush Gardens, Disney Sea World. Also the famous St Armands Circle with its unique designer shops as well as fabulous restaurants for fine wining and dining, an absolute culinary delight. Downtown Sarasota offers cultural activities, the Asolo and Van Wezel full symphony Performing Arts Centres, jazz clubs, Ringling Museum, Mote Marine Aquarium, Pelican Man's Bird Sanctuary, Selby and Jungle Gardens. Orlando airport (1.5 hours), Tampa (1 Hour), Sarasota (15 min) drive away.

Location: The Meadows is located a few miles east of downtown Sarasota, the cultural center of West Florida. Shopping outlets, a theatre district, a wide variety of musical entertainment, restaurants that are a culinary delight and with the addition of famous white quartz sandy beaches, as noted in the Conde Nast travel magazine. To reach the meadows by automobile, use exit 39 or 40 from I-75. A car is essential and can be hired from the airport. Visitors travelling by plane can fly into Sarasota-Bradenton Airport (15 mins drive away), Tampa International airport (1 hr drive away) or Orlando (1hr 20 mins drive away). Allocated parking for space with additional one for a guest. Landscaped garden.

Golf: The condo is located on Weybridge golf course. The Groves is a nine hole course open to the public, additionally there is the Bobby Jones Municipal Golf Complex which features three additional golf courses.

Swimming pool: Heated communal swimming pool for Weybridge condominiums.

Other Activities: Boat trips, Kayak, canoe

We visited the condo on a recommendation and it was exactly as described: beautiful, spacious, spotless. The situation of the condo is ideal for visiting the whole area including incredible beaches, great restaurants and shopping facilities.

We are regular visitors to Florida and would rank this condo as excellent. Thanks Liz for all your help, we definitely be recommending you to family and friends!

Thank you - stayed here over Christmas 2008, and we really enjoyed our stay in the lovely Condo. It was everything we could have wanted and more, beautifully furnished, very well equipped and very peaceful.

Have been to Gulf Coast many times and have to say this was one of the best Condos we have stayed in. Location wise was very good too.

Would love to go back again in the summer.

Lovely,condo.very clean ,comfortable and well-furnished.
Very relaxing time,and some nice walks in the vicinity.
Sarasota's attractions ( beaches,shops & restaurants)
all within easy reach.Playing golf would considerably add
to the enjoyment of a stay here.

We have enjoyed 6 years here. The condo is well furnished, the view is outstanding and the location is excellent.Few places offer a water view with a varity of water fowl and a view of golfers playing to a difficult green. Beaches on Siesta Key and Longboat Key are readily accessible and shopping and a variety of restaurants are only a short ride.

Just want to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in your lovely Apt. It was everything we could have wanted, beautifully furnished, very well equipped and a litte bit of Paradise. So peaceful, away from it all, but handy for all our favourite places around Sarasota and nearby St.Petersburg, Tampa, Venice area's. Can't wait to return in the Spring.
