Surrounded by mature gardens, our luxury town house has a spacious split level dining room and lounge leading through wide patio doors to a balcony which overlooks a tranquil lagoon and fountains. Ideal for relaxing with an evening drink, and watching the bird life! There is a large and well fitted kitchen with a recessed utility area. The master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom also has a spacious dressing room with a walk-in closet. The property's location provides the opportunity to stroll along the pristine white sand beach without having to use your car to get there. There are also a number of golf courses within a short drive.

Nearest Beach: beach at 100 Metres
Siesta Key is linked to the mainland by two bridges. The north bridge takes you to Sarasota, approx ten minutes by car. We are located on Siesta Key opposite the beach and one mile from the villiage.The house faces south, providing a sunny balcony all day. Go for morning or evening strolls on the beach without having to use your car to get there. Beach access is directly opposite the complex, which is something a lot of properties on Siesta Key do not have.

Disney attractions are approx. two hours drive.

stayed here over christmas and new year. the townhouse is really a home from home with every comfort that you could need. The area is fabulous, and the location of the townhouse is just across the road from the beautiful beach. Bottom line... we would definitely book again!!!
