Beautiful, one bedroom condo located in the Crescent Royale Condominium complex. Incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico from this 4th floor balcony. Located on Beach Road directly facing the Siesta Key public beach. Just cross Beach Road (2 lanes) and you are there! Enjoy the beach and watch the sunset while you dine. Bedroom has king-size bed, living room has a queen sofa bed. Full furnished with two colour-TV's with cable, two VCR's and one DVD player and stereo with CD player. Kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Two hair dryers are in the unit. Linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Small cooler also available to pack and take to the beach.
