Animals permitted. 2nd - Harbor Home in Historical Charlotte Harbor: Large, bright home situated in a historical community with shaded oak lanes, one block from the Bayside Park. Cozy old Florida style cottage with Charlotte Harbor water views, just steps away from large park along the water, famous fishing pier, Historical Center and boating and water activities. Many restaurants, sports and cultural activities to choose from - a vacation paradise for those who are looking for a slower pace, but within reach of all activities. Because this is a small cottage (600 sq ft) not recommended for more than 2 persons. We happily accept well behaved pets! Sit on your screen porch and sip margaritas while watching the spectacular sunsets. White sand beaches within 15 minutes driving distance. Located 2 1/2 hours from Miami, one hour from Naples and Sarasota. See Florida as it was and go to sleep to the sound of cicadas. Cottage is fully furnished in comfortable beach cottage style with sitting group and barbecue for outside meals. Two week minimum stays will be given precedence. We look forward to welcoming you as owners are on-site
