Welcome to Harrington House, a luxury Golf Course home, situated overlooking our large private Swimming Pool, heated for winter use and onto the sixth green of Stoneybrook Golf Course, our wonderful on-site course. The white, sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island are just a 25 minute drive away, and access to the Manatee River just ten minutes by car. The spacious lanai has a wonderful view westwards so you can enjoy the wonderful Florida sunsets, cocktail in hand, after spending sunny afternoon relaxing by the pool...once you have finished that early morning round of Golf! Harrington House is a bright, sunny home which has been completely furnished and accessorized to make your stay here comfortable and memorable. A large choice of shops and restaurants are all within a five minute drive, so whether you want to dine in or out - the choice is yours to make!

Just returned from the superbly-appointed Harrington House and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. The house is in perfect order, spacious, and contains everything you'd require - a real home from home. It is situated in a very quiet, secure gated community, with easy access to very pleasant walking areas. Geographically well-situated for both the beaches of Anna Maria or the bustle of Orlando which is within 90 minutes of easy driving. Excellent range of restaurants nearby as a change from the bar-b-cue, superb pool and lanai area, overlooking golf course. The many local golf courses were stunning, and in superb condition.
Thanks Sticklands for organising a hassle-free experience! Definitely to be recommended!
Look forward to returning in the near future.

A modern, comfortable air-conditioned house in great order and in a very well maintained gated community. The property is ideally situated for local restaurants, shopping malls and only about a 20 minute drive to the superb beaches on Anna Maria Island. Lovely pool and views to the rear over the 6th green of Stonybrook Golf course. Tampa airport and Busch Gardens are about a 45 minute drive away.The owners were very easy to deal with and efficient in all correspondence. We would definitely consider returning.

Superb Villa. Well maintained,clean,good pool and location at 6th fairway offered views of frustrated golfers hitting ball into bunker as they tried to lay up. master bedroom is a treat.Loft area offers a quite retreat from the family. Close to main road links and route to beaches. Restaurants nearby particularly liked Geckos and outback steakhouse.
