Located in a quiet residential area interspersed with numerous canals; the garden over-looking one of them. The villa is a 15 minute drive from many superb beaches. Also close by are several excellent golf courses and other attractions such as deep sea fishing and other water sports, tennis and of course many fine restaurants and shopping malls.

The pool area is fully screened with a fine mesh for safer sunbathing. The mesh prevents insects and leaves from entering while most of the pool area is in the sun for most of the day. The spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed looking across the pool and canal. The master bedroom opens out onto the pool area and has an en-suite bathroom. The dining room also opens out onto the pool area. The second bathroom has access from the pool as well as from the house.

Good afternoon, Ian!

I cannot thank you enough for the GREAT time that we had at your home in Englewood/Rotonda! The house was very accomodating! I loved the pool, the peace and quiet and even getting to see the little lizards that hang around the lanai in the afternoon sun. We spent ALOT of time in the pool and enjoyed meals poolside. We visited some amazing beaches from Englewood (sunset) to Siesta Key and all the way to Sanibel Island. Also, some great shopping in Sarasota - all very short drives.

Again, you were so gracious and accomodating that I just wanted you to know how much we appreciated it. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated your kindness and all of your recommendations. So, if it's ok with you we will DEFINTELY be back - if not this fall for sure the same time next year!
