Luxury Villa with private Pool Situated on Tara Golf and Country Club in Bradenton, Florida. Our Villa is spacious and fully Air-Conditioned. The Villa is furnished to a high standard throughout; entering the Villa there is a lounge with dinning area. A large, bright, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and family room. All have wall to wall windows which lead out to the Pool Area. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Second Bedroom has a Double Bed, Third and Forth Bedroom have twin beds. The Master Bedroom, lounge and pool all enjoy the undisturbed Views of the 9th, Tee and Lake. The pool is enclosed within a Lanai. There is a Barbecue, double garage, and garden. For a once off charge of $200 you will have full use of the Golf Club, Club House, Olympic Swimming Pool, Gym, Hot Tub Sauna and Flood lit Tennis Courts. The Club House is a 5min walk. Golf must be pre booked when booking the villa if required $200 fee payable directly to Tara GCC

Local Information: A 20min drive will bring you to Outlet malls, Long boat Keys and Anna Marie Island are approximately a 45min drive. Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Mayakka State Park and Venice where you can Wind Surf or simply enjoy the beautiful White Sandy Beaches with there amazing Sunsets.This is also a 45min drive away.

GOLF: For a one off fee of $100 you will have full use of Tara Golf. Transfer of Membership entitles you to Free Green Fees, only a Modest mandatory Cart fee applies. Facilities include. A 6,820 yard Championship Course On 600 acres. The course offers five sets of tees that challenge the most avid golfers while providing enjoyment to players of all skill levels. All our Guests have use of the following A driving range and practice putting green with the use of free Golf balls, are located adjacent to the Club House. There is also Two flood lit Tennis Courts, Gym, Olympic size swimming pool, Spa, Dinning room, Grill room and Bar.

We had a wonderful time during our stay mid June for 2 weeks.And we would recommend the villa to anyone.
The villa was excellent, clean and spacious. Having stayed on Tara G.C.C 2 years ago we were familiar with the area.
This year we ventured further south and found the areas of Venice, Naples and Fort Myers very nice places to visit.
May we both take this opportunity to thank both Padraig and Deirdre for allowing us to spend our 29th wedding anniversary in their home.
