This superb Home has all the luxuries you would expect from a brand new home. Furnished to a high standard in the summer of 2006, you also have the comfort of a hot tub that will accommodate up to six people. The main accommodation consists of a large open plan Kitchen which leads into the lounge/dining area, entertainment is provided by means of a 42' Wall mounted plasma TV with the added benefit of Cable. The Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed with extremely spacious en-suite and robe facility. There is also a 26'TV in the Master bedroom again with cable connection. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and benefits from a 20' LCD TV with cable TV. The accommodation is further enhanced with the large and extensive pool deck area which overlooks a lake, the pool also has a 6 person jacuzzi / hot tub. The quality of this home is further enhanced with the Dining area, Lounge and Master bedrooms all opening onto the pool and deck area, giving a wonderful open feel to the home.

Serious fishermen can indulge on the piers at Sunshine Skyway whilst the ladies can indulge in the Ellenton Shopping Mall on the way home.
