As well as the formal living room, there is a separate family room with queen sleeper, sofa and additional satellite t.v. This together with the lounge, master and second bedroom opens out onto the pool terraced area which is fully equipped with full size table, chairs, loungers and gas barbeque. The master bedroom has ensuite facilities, marble bath and walk in shower. If relaxing by the pool is not enough then Boca Grande and Sanibel are a short drive away, the thrills of Busch Gardens (Tampa) 1 and a half hours and Orlando and the Everglades 2 and a half hours.
Golf Information:
The villa is located in Rotonda Golf and Country Club area, providing excellent facilities, with 4 courses within 10 minutes drive. Details, for the Links, Palms and Hills courses can be found at the Rotonda G and CC website . The newly completed Long Marsh course is even closer -longmarshgolf@ewol.com. 7 courses within 15 minutes and 12 courses within 30 minutes drive - a course to suit any golfer!!
