South Facing Luxury Furnished Villa - 3 Bedroom/3 Bathrooms

This is a luxury house built to high standards. There is a separate dining room as well as a nook - dining area leading from the kitchen. The kitchen has an American style fridge/freezer making crushed ice! All bedrooms have their own bathroom making our property ideal for families and three couples, having your own space! We back on to a canal and our pool area has a shower outside with sun loungers and a floodlit pool for those barbeque evenings - gas barbeque supplied. The house has excellent modern furnishings. We have 2 bikes in the garage.

Gasparilla Island

Luxury.. Heaven... Spot the other people on the beach.... Small toll to go over bridge. Some small shops and people get around on golf buggies can be seen driving around. Spot the large lizards sunbathing along the road and beautiful large shells on the beach... Englewood beach short drive for the sunsets..

Port Charlotte

Large shopping mall, cinema and lots of eating places... only 20 minutes in the car.... Dennys for large breakfasts .... all day... pancakes with maple syrup! Stacks. Designer outlet centre worth a day out. Sarasota has beautiful white sand.

Other Activities Boats can be hired in Englewood

Golf Information:

There are several golf courses within 5 mins away. We have tried them and they are great... Lemon Bay is wonderful in the afternoon for the sea breeze! Rotonda has several golf courses. Good afternoon rates including buggy.
