Fully equipped family home with private screened pool and patio area set in secluded garden. 4 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed and luxury en-suite featuring bath and walk-in shower. Second bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, third bedroom with queen size bed and fourth bedroom with two twin beds. All bedding/towels supplied. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The lounge features a leather suite and cable TV together with DVD/VCR and has an adjoining dining room. The kitchen is modern and fully-fitted with all the normal appliances and has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Attached to the kitchen is a family room with another comfortable seating area and TV/video. This room leads out to the heated pool through patio doors. HS Broadband facility is available for guests wishing to bring lap tops that can access a wireless network.

Bradenton is a lovely picturesque area on the Gulf Coast of Florida in between Sarasota and St.Petersburg. Just 45min drive from Tampa International Airport. It's an ideal location to rest up and enjoy the breathtaking Gulf Coast beaches, but close enough to visit Orlando's theme parks. Wonderful white sand beaches run for miles with all the water activities you could wish for. Our house is 10 minutes drive from beautiful Bradenton Beach along the Cortez Road and only 15 minutes drive from Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. We are also very close to the Shorewalk complex and world famous Nick Bollettieri IMG Sports Academy for those wishing to improve their tennis. There are great restaurants, bargain shopping at nearby Ellenton Outlet Mall, many golf courses, a bowling alley, a cinema, health and beauty salon and gymnasium all close to our location. Watch the sunrise over coffee; but be sure to have a cold drink and your feet in the sand when the sun sets!

The villa is situated within a quiet residential community with friendly neighbours, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping and only 1and a 1/2 hours from the theme parks in Orlando. The only drawback is the busy road at the back of the garden. The villa suited all of our party (aged from 13 to 65) and it was clean and well maintained-nice pool man! The local property agent was very helpful when the kettle broke and he called the second week to enquire if there was anything further we needed. Unfortunately due to the volcanic ash cloud we were stuck for another week. Sue was extremely helpful and we were able to continue our stay at the villa thus giving us one less thing to worry about. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a restful holiday and a home from home.

Bradenton beach is a lovely place and this property is in a very good location for both beaches, shopping and eating out. Only two minutes in the car to the nearest resaturant. We were disappointed with the house as the description said 'Luxury' and in our opinion it wasn't. The kitchen was quite dated and the outside needed some tlc - we had to wipe down everything outside before use. We paid a lot more than the other two properties we stayed in this year and expected more for our money.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children

We have had many very happy visitors in the years we have been renting and have gone to a great effort to ensure that our home is welcoming and comfortable. However, we have taken on board the comments made and have addressed them with our management agent.

I would ask all prospective renters to check out the web site attached to the holiday rentals advert which shows additional pictures of all the rooms in our home. We feel this clearly demonstrates that we do offer a luxury home for a super vacation!

The second time my family has stayed in this villa, would highly recommend it, very clean, well maintained and excellent facilities. Owners Sue and Geoff are very helpful, information provided for visitors to the house is good.
Really great location in Bradenton, only a short distance from the shops, restaurants and the beaches.
Beautiful area to visit, especially Anna Maria Island and the beaches, great to watch the sunset.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We Stayed in this villa in july 2006. We found it very comfy a real home from home. Ideally sited near the sea and supermarkets and central to all amenites arond the town.
Two families can easily stay here,and that shares the costs.
The owners and property manager are excellant and wouls recommened it to anyone

wonderful villa, ideal location

This is a lovely clean well maintained property, close to the beaches, shops & restaurants, there isplenty of space for 2 families. We have visited Florida 3 times & this is the best Villa we have stayed in. The owners Sue and Geoff are very helpful, everything went smoothly with the booking.
All our children loved the pool which got the sun all day and the beaches were absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended!
