This beautiful 2005 award winning 4 bedroom home offers the ultimate in luxury and elegance. Maple House benefits from a split plan design with a magnificent master suite on one side of the house and three double bedrooms and two additional bathrooms on the other. The spacious great room leads out onto a large covered lanai and 28' X 14' caged, heated swimming pool with waterfall. Both the master suite and the second bedroom have sliding patio doors which lead onto the pool deck and lanai which is perfect for Florida style dining. The home is in the new gated community of University Place with lakes, nature walks, two community pools, children's play area, fitness centre and an abundance of local shops and superb restaurants very close by. The ideal vacation retreat!!
