Sophisticated dining and shopping at St. Armand's Circle in Sarasota is only 15 minutes drive away. Family restaurants such as Macdonalds, Applebee, Arby's, Subway, Taco Bell, Bob Evans, Hungry Howie, Rib Crib are 5 minutes drive away, as is Blockbuster Video, Walmart, Publix, etc. Designer clothes at incredibly low prices at Ellenton Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes drive away
Interstate access:
Easy access to I75 interstate highway for trips to Busch Gardens (1 hour drive), Disney (2 hours drive).
The villa is located in Sabal Harbour, as are most of the properties advertised in the Sarasota Bradenton area. Our home is used for long periods by ourselves, consequently it is maintained to a high standard.(designer tile floors, large 50 inch TV, free wireless broadband internet etc) This cannot always be said of those properties which were purchased purely for rental purposes. The Bradenton based company managing our home maintenance advertises it on their website along with 11 others in Sabal Harbour. They rate the homes from 'gold' to 'platinum' for quality. Ours is one of only two listed as 'platinum'.

'Beautiful ground level holiday home located in Bradenton on the Gulf Coast of Mexico 5 mins from I-75. The property was private, clean, well maintained and exactly as described on the website. Lots of shops nearby with the DeDoto Square Mall only 10 mins away on US 41. Plenty of restaurants nearby offering a wide variety of cuisine. I would recommend the Outback Steakhouse and Cody's for excellent food and service. For a taste of home style cooking I can recommend Crager's located 10 mins south on US 41. Busch Gardens in Tampa is only 1 hour away, and the Gulf beaches are only 20 mins away. I would recommend Holmes Beach and Siesta Key because of the white sand and clear waters. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bussle of Orlando and be near to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf. You would need a car to make getting around a lot easier as there is very little within walking distance. Booking the property for our holiday with David was very quick and easy, and good clear directions to the home were provided. A fantastic holiday.
