Florida style villa, fully refurbished. Private heated caged pool. Full air conditioning.FULL WIFI FIOS INTERNET ACCESS. Private secluded garden. Open style main lounge with 2 seating areas opens up to the pool area via 8 full length patio doors. Large fitted kitchen with all facilities. Small den with chaise lounge and sofa bed in addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite is on one side of the house and the other 2 bedrooms are 40 feet away! Telephones in all rooms, 4 TVs inc 42 inch plasma and hi fi system. Patio area is fully equipped. Large 2 car garage. The house is situated just 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk from Siesta Key beach - far enough away to be quiet and near enough to pop down to see the sunsets. The beach at Siesta Key has been voted in the top 10 in the USA on many occasions. It has the finest powder sand and wonderful safe blue waters. Nearby Sarasota is a cultural oasis in Florida and boasts some of the finest restaurants in the South.

The villa is located in a very quiet sub division about 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive from the main Siesta Key beach. The houses in the sub division are mostly single storey Florida homes that have been renovated over the past 10 years. Our house was totally renovated and extended some 6 years ago, when the heated pool, kitchen, bathrooms were all replaced. Only the inside of the garage is original - otherwise it has a new roof, new windows, doors, floors, AC, appliances, landscaping and decoration etc. Siesta Key village is 1 1/2 miles away. Sarasota is 10 minutes drive and Tampa is about an hour away. Orlando can be reached in just over 2 hours and the East coast in 3 hours. We are 1 1/2 hours North of Fort Myers. WE GENERALLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR 1 CALENDAR MONTH MINIMUM. HOWEVER THERE ARE A FEW ODD 2 WEEKS AVAILABLE IN JUNE AND SEPTEMBER. CLEANING COST IS NORMALLY $150 PER STAY.

Notes: There is a laundry area with a large basin, washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen is large with all types of cooking utensils. A water purifyer is fitted for drinking water. The main lounge has a 42 inch plasma tv with 200 hours of recording capacity on hard disc. There are 3 other tvs in the house - 2 of which have their own independent Direct TV box. We can add any premium TV channels as required at an extra cost (including Setanta - all the European soccer and rugby!!)

Perfect Holiday Home

We spent two delightful weeks in Siesta Key. The house is in a very quiet area within easy walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach. All facilities - bank, restaurants, bars, shops etc are just a short drive away. Myaka National Park and Mote Aquarium are both well worth a visit and are also within comfortable driving distance. The house is superb – spacious, light and airy rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, while also feeling very comfortable and welcoming.

The pool is a good size, is regularly cleaned and serviced and was very warm, it took no effort to go in. The pool area, which includes an outside dining area, is well protected from bugs etc by mesh screening.

This is a perfect holiday home for anyone wanting sun, sea and relaxation.

We have stayed in this property 4 times in the last 2 years, twice for 4 weeks and twice for around 2 weeks. The Villa is perfect, in an ideal position, close enough to walk to the beach and to the Village. There is an abundance of everything you could possible need. David and Corinne are very helpful and accommodating. Shopping is close enough and excellent. St Armond's Circle is an area of upmarket shops and restaurants, we can highly recommend "Columbia" a Spanish style restaurant.

Getting away for Christmas

'May I say what a lovely two weeks we have had here in paradise. As soon as
we walked into your home, we were impressed by the standard and the pool was
lovely. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed their break and the beach was
perfect........we went out to sea and enjoyed the inland waterways....'
Siesta is a perfect holiday destination and we intend to return. We certainly did not want to leave! There are a few local shops and restaurants so you do not need to travel far. However, a large supermarket is only about 10/15 minutes away by car.
A quiet neighbourhood, a pleasure to walk around and to walk to the beach.
