Situated in the beautiful community of Braden River Lakes, our villa has a central position direct on the river. The villa and the (solar heated) pool are south facing. There are 4 bedrooms: the master (with en-suite full bathroom and large walk-in closet) with a king; the pool bedroom also with en-suite bathroom with a queen; and 2 bedrooms each with twin beds and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom and family room both have cable TV. Our villa has a large formal dining room, living, spacious family room, breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and clothes dryer. In the lanai and around the pool there are 4 sun loungers and patio furniture. Beaches, golf courses, designer outlet shops, shopping malls, restaurants you name it and it is all in the direct vicinity of our house.

Bradenton/Sarasota: This area is famous for its theatres, museums, art galleries, sport facilities (golf courses, Nick Bolletieri academy), restaurants and shops. The beaches are beautiful and the warm Gulf water inhabits dolphins, manatees and numerous fish. For a taste of the real Florida you can visit Myakka River State Park with a large alligator population and different species of birds, turtles and snakes. Local amenities: Supermarkets (Walmart, Publix) and restaurants are close to Braden River Lakes. For more sophisticated shopping you can go to St Armands Circle ( a 20 min drive) or the Ellenton Outlet Mall with all the designer shops (a 15 min drive). Day trips: Venice, to find shark teeth and see the old downtown (a 45 min drive); Orlando, for Disney and other theme parks (a 2 hour drive); Tampa, for a ballgame at the Tropicana Field with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (a 45 min drive). Sun and fun, the ideal place for your vacation.

  • Please email us for more information or special last minute rates. Prices are per week (7 nights) with a minimum of 1 week. Extra nights are $ 175 per night or $ 225 per night during the high seasons. Prices include cleaning after departure, water, electricity, sales/tourist tax and local telephone calls. All linen and towels are provided. A deposit of $ 500 is due at time of booking. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is required if the reservation is within 8 weeks of arrival. A security deposit of $ 500 is also required, this deposit will be refunded within 5 weeks after your departing date, providing no damage has occurred. The pool has solar heating so no extra electricity costs!
