Child cots/beds can be added. Every bedroom has a large built in closet, bedside table & lamp. The spacious lounge has comfortable sofas & chair with 42' HD LCD cable TV, Blu-ray/DVD and Hi-Fi. Excellent Stay

The listing is accurate and it was a pleasure to deal with the owner. The house and pool were clean and well maintained. I'd recommend this to folks that are looking to stay in a quiet community. The only thing we disliked was it was a bit difficult to slide the door open to the pool. It probably just needs an adjustment but it would be difficult for elderly people to operate. We only went to a few restaurants as we were happy eating in the nice kitchen and dining room. Our favorite was very close to the house - Woody's Famous Barbecue. We went to the Red Barn/flea market a few times. We looked around in Cape Coral, Ft Myers, Sarasota, and the keys. We enjoyed walking on the Anna Maria Island pier and beach. We found everyone we encountered to be very friendly.

Great vacation home with pool

My family just got home from a wonderful vacation, this home is well kept;clean, modern, everything you would want. We like it so much our family will make it an annual trip. We have also informed other family members of this great home for a vacation. It is close to everything you need and only 20 minutes to the beach. The owner was just great to work with, we are looking forward to going back next year.

Beautiful Home with private pool

My family and I rented this beautiful home and were absolutely thrilled with it. The private pool and jacuzzi were a welcome treat after the day at the beach and I would highly recommend this for anyone even for small children as it has a safety fence. The location was ideal for shopping and dining as it is very close to a central route. The beach was just a short car ride away. The owner was also a pleasure to deal with. All in all, it was a fabulous experience.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
