Sleeping 10 people this large luxury villa is fully air conditioned and consists of a comfortable lounge with dining area, family room, kitchen/breakfast room and utility room. There are cable TV's in both the living and family rooms, master bedroom and queen bedroom, two DVD players and a Sony Playstation2 with an assortment of games for the children. There is one master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), one queen bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) and three twin bedded rooms. The fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room boasts a full size oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker with a washing machine and dryer in the utility room should you need them. There is a beautiful pool with built in spa, shaded lanai with table & chairs and plenty of loungers. All this and a relaxing lake view. Free high speed internet access is available.

Sabal Harbour is located just 5 minutes off the I-75 in Bradenton. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive away. Sarasota/Bradenton is a wonderful alternative to Orlando for your Florida vacation. It is within close proximity to some of Florida's most beautiful beaches, rivers and wildlife yet within easy reach of Orlando's theme parks as well as Busch Gardens. Close by you have the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Ringling Museum of Art, Myakka River State Park, Jungle Gardens and the Mote Aquarium. The area boast more than 60 miles of beaches, some of which have been voted in the top 20 in the entire USA. These beautiful white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico include Bradenton, Coquina, Holmes, Siesta Key, Lido and Venice beach. For a relaxing stroll St. Armands Circle, adjacent to Longboat Key, hosts some fine shop and restaurants as well as many sidewalk cafes. Shops, restaurants and beaches.: Restaurants and shops are only minutes away from this fabulous villa, you will be spoilt for choice. The many restaurants cater for every taste and for those among you who like to browse the shops and sit outside to enjoy the sidewalk cafes there is St. Armands Circle, a quaint bustling area only 30 minutes away where you can enjoy the atmosphere as you relax. For the serious shoppers there is a large outlet mall at Ellenton (15 minutes away) as well as the DeSoto Mall (10 minutes away) which has all the large department stores including Macys, J C Penny and Sears. A short drive will get you to some of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. Those nearest are on Anna Maria Island where you will find Bradenton, Coquina and Holmes Beaches. All of these are beautiful white sandy beaches are close by but for those of you who want to travel further afield there are many more in the surrounding area.

Lovely spacious villa, well laid out. Beautiful pool and spa which was very well used as was the lovely lanai.
Visited Anna Maria Island and sat at the end of the pier to enjoy the view, absolutely beautiful. Longboat Key also worth seeing and St. Armands Circle has some lovely shops.
Overall we had a great stay and loved the area.

We had a really amazing holiday based in your beautiful villas. It was supposed to be our 'once in a lifetime' last holiday as a family however we all had such a great time and loved your two homes with the lovely pools that we are really hoping to be able to find a couple of weeks next year so we can all go again.
Runabout Way is a lovely homely villa and well equipped and we enjoyed our week there but we did love the luxury and spaciousness of Useppa Drive. We spent quite a bit of time in the pools at both houses and really appreciated that they were both clean and regularly maintained - its something that can make or break a holiday for us.
Thanks you so much for being so flexible to allow us to use both villas , a week would definitely have been too short - a month would have been ideal. I'm sure we will have to go back.

What a fantastic holiday, we loved the villa. Lots of space, clean, comfortable and what an amazing pool; we loved being so close to the beaches but easy distance to the Disney Parks and Universal, catering for everyone in our group.
It was so nice to come back from a busy day to relax by the quiet pool and enjoy an early evening drink looking out over the lake.
We are already looking forward to next year when we will certainly be booking again.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your beautiful villa, everything was just as you said it would be even down to the great weather that we enjoyed. The pool and spa were well maintained and at the perfect temperatures.
The Bradenton area is very nice, quieter than some of the other cities in Florida which was a nice change and what beautiful beaches on Longboat Key; we even saw dolphins the day we were there.
I believe we left everything as we found it and wish to thank you again for a great holiday.

We want to tell you how much we enjoyed your lovely house in Useppa Drive. It's so spacious and airy and I'm desperately trying to decide which rooms to sacrifice here to make a walkin wardrobe! The location is wonderfully quiet, which we appreciated a lot and wee used the pool quite a lot which was lovely. Thanks again we'll certainly recommend your house to anyone who is interested.
