Split level with upper and lower lounges with cable TV's, DVD, video, fast internet, fully fitted kitchen and dining room. Fully air conditioned set in lush mature gardens. Ideal location for a combined beach and theme park holiday. Busch Gardens 1 hour drive, Disney 2.5 hours.

The shoreline is coral with the sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island about 5 min drive. It is in a quiet residential road with other traditional Florida homes. Good bars and restaurants, supermarkets, Malls, and banks etc are all close by in Bradenton 5 mins drive or 15 mins walk away, or on Anna Maria Island. Sarasota is about 20 mins drive south on gulf drive, Tampa 45 mins north on 275. Orlando 2 .5 hours drive.

Beautiful villa

I have just stayed for a week in this beautiful and extremely comfortable home. The villa and grounds are very well kept, impeccably clean and the villa has a very homely feel to it . It is decorated and furnished very tastefully and has many home comforts. The heated pool is luxurious and was registering termperatures in the 90s in October. With beautiful, sandy beaches 5 minutes away and some superb restaurants - Sands on Ana Maria Island and Hemingways in St Almonds to name but 2, I would recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay with excellent and lively restaurants in the locality. Barbecue facilities were great - watch out for the local raccoons! - and sitting on the deck relaxing as the sun went down was the perfect end to a day. The villa is great for families or groups of firiends and I will certainly be recommending it to my friends. Only an hour away from Tampa airport, the villa is in a great location for even short visits.

what a wonderful stay

Such a beautiful house; clean and stylish in the most perfect surroundings. The beach a 10min drive away and the ocean a short 100m walk from the house, where we saw dolphins playing and swimminng around an unforgetable moment. Love spending time at the beach and then relaxing by the pool in the afternnon. Cannot wait to go again and take my friends!

My best trip to Florida

My wife and I experienced one of the best holidays that we have every had at this delightful home in a lovely area of Florida. The quality of the property was first class and the pool was excelent.
The location was ideal for us; set in a residential area but only 10 - 15 minutes drive from beaches, shops and very tasty restaurants.
We will be recommending this property to friends and family.

The home from home

Very accurate description and a perfect opportunity to enjoy the beaches of Anna Marie Island yet within 5 mins be in a very quiet tranquil well appointed home, with a very good size pool.
Local shopping and Banks are close by (2 min) by car.

All the normal fast food outlets are in the town and there are some very good restaurants (sea food) on the Island where you can dine with your toes in the sand!

I most certainly would book again and I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this home from home to friends, and those that want to enjoy both the beach and some peace and quiet to recharge their batteries.
