Our beautiful villa, Turtle View with private pool, screen and a removable child safety fence is situated on Sunset Estates in NW Bradenton, minutes from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our home is fully furnished to a high and comfortable standard with air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all rooms. All rooms are light, airy and very clean. The lounge has a TV with cable, DVD player with films, Wireless Router. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating with tables and lamps to compliment, with direct access to the pool and private lanai with outside seating and sunbathing areas. The kitchen with breakfast area has all mod cons along with a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom houses a King size bed, cable TV, en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet and direct access through patio doors to the pool and large private lanai, the 2nd bedroom houses a Queen size bed with closets and the third has twin beds, closets and cable.

Our house, Turtle View is in a quiet residential area in NW Bradenton called Sunset Estates. From here you can easily walk to the tranquil beaches of the Manatee River and De Soto National Park. Anna Maria Island is around a 5 minute drive over Palma Sola Bay which in itself is beautiful - here you can see Manatees and dolphins !! You can launch your jetskis here or just have a day on the sands of the bay. Shops, supermarkets, banks and restaurants can all be found within a couple of minutes drive. Anna Maria Island also houses many fine cafe's and restaurants, many of which are on the beaches so you can watch the beautiful sunset after a hard day sunbathing and swimming in the warm turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. Sarasota is around a 30 minute drive; here you will find St Armands Circle along with the Marina and fine boutiques and restaurants. Tampa is around a 50 minute drive and here you can visit Busch Gardens and Orlando is around 2 hours away.

The twin room has two single beds, closets with full length mirror doors and cable TV. this room has a rear facing window. All high quality bed linen and towels are supplied in all rooms.

lovely villa high standard of decor beautiful lake setting very comfortable indeed. easy access to bradeton beaches and the gorgeous anna maria island where having an evening meal at the sandbar (I think it was called) watching the sunset was truly memorable

supermarkets etc within 5 minutes drive we had a lovely time 4 adults and one child helen kept us up to date prior to going and advised us on places to go and also had a folder with information and leaflets to browse through at the villa a car is a definite requirement

would highly recommend it and would definately go back my grandson had a fantastic time in the pool, fishing of the pier at anna marie island and in sarasota also just walking in the shallows of the lovely beaches picking shells wish i was there now!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I have just returned from Turtle View. The property was perfect for our requirements.

It was clean, quiet, lovely pool area, everything that you could need in the house and good location, what more could you ask for. It was in the perfect location close to shops, beaches, restaurants, etc. but a car is definetly required.

Helen supplied lots of information before we travelled out and the property management company were efficient and very friendly.

I would have no hesitation recommending this property and when we travel to Florida again we will be contacting Helen!
