The exclusive community is enhanced by a peaceful setting with mature oak trees, royal palms and tranquil lake and is just 20 minutes from the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island. Our pool home is furnished to a very high standard and we offer a comfortable three bedroom two bathroom home, fully carpeted throughout. The main living room has cream leather sofas, coffee table, CD player and TV with DVD, overlooking the pool deck and lake beyond. Patio doors open up from the living room to the lanai and pool area where there are tables, chairs and sun loungers. A fully fitted kitchen, with breakfast area, further formal dining area, with wooden flooring overlooking the lake. All bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans; the third bedroom with Sony Playstation2. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed with en-suite shower room. The second bedroom also has a queen bed whilst the third bedroom has two single beds. Desk top computer with broadband wireless internet access for guests use.

Our home in Regal Oaks is easily reached by leaving the Interstate 75 at Exit 217, and takes a mere 7 minutes to drive there along the State road 70. It is situated in a convenient location with easy access to Sarasota, Tampa, Naples and Orlando, and within easy access to local beaches, state parks, supermarkets, local shopping malls / outlets, restaurants and theatres. Airports within easy drive to the house are Sarastota / Bradenton (15 minutes), Orlando (2 hours) and Orlando Sanford (2 hours) and Tampa which is the nearest major airport being 50 minutes. Downtown Disney can be reached by car in just over an hour whilst Busch Gardens can be reached in around 50 minutes. So peaceful yet close to the action our house is easy to find …… but difficult to leave!!!

  • Rates are inclusive of Florida Taxes and exit cleaning. Pool electric heating for the winter months at £50 ($80) per week if required.
    COMPLIMENTARY WELCOME PACK FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.
  • Although we will accept a 3 night stay, there will be an additional cleaning fee for those stays of 3 to 5 nights.
  • We require a minimum deposit of £100 to secure the booking.
    A security deposit cheque of £150 will be required with the final balance. This is refundable upon satisfactory inspection after departure.

House Video-CD: We have available a video-CD of the house and Bradenton area and will be happy to send this to you free of charge.

Pool and Beach Toys: We have an assortment of pool and beach toys in addition to beach chairs and beach loungers. Towels are also provided for the pool and beach. A cool box is also available for the beach.

Additional Information: Bed linens, shower and hand towels, beach/pool towels, and T-towels are provided. An assortment of paper-backs, music Cd's, DVD's and PS2 games are available for your enjoyment. The pool is Solar panel heated therefore no heating costs. Electric heating for the pool is available for use in the cooler months at an additional £50 per week if requested. The double garage up and over door is electrically operated both push button and remote control. The gas grill BBQ is available at an additional cost of $30 per week paid locally to our on-site manager. Our local manager resides on hand in the community and will contact you early after your arrival to assist with any questions you may have.

This is a most beautiful house in a lovely peaceful setting. The house was very comfortable and clean and more than lived up to the description. Carolyn was very friendly and welcoming and it was just a perfect holiday. It is very well situated for the I.75. and easy to get to from Tampa Airport.John and Lynn were very helpful and quick to respond to any e-mails we sent them and provided excellent customer service. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friend and family. Apart from all the previous reviews we would like to recommend the Miller Dutch Kitchen on the 41. (Tamiami Trail) the service and food was second to none. All in all this was a lovely property in a lovely setting and thanks John and Lynn. We would love to go back. The welcome pack was great thanks.

"Simply the best."

First impressions are very important and from the moment we entered the villa we knew we had made the right choice. Everything was clean and well presented and there was plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utencils etc and when we opened the frig the wellcome pack was the icing on the cake.The entertainment systems, TV's, DVD player, Playstation etc were all provided as advertised and the PC was also very useful for keeping in contact with the family at home.The pool and surrounding area was excellent and very well furnished, just the place for eating or just soaking up the sun. We have been renting villas in the Bradenton, Sarasota and Englewood areas of Florida for twenty years and this is the best so far.We were contacted by Carolyn, the local property manager, shortly after our arrival and she was most helpful. The location of the villa is ideal for shopping at the Ellenton Outlet centre, the Red Barn flea market,the De Soto Mall or even St Armands circle. Eating out is no problem either because apart from all the well known restaurants there are many others well worth visiting. A few or our favourites are:- The Peridia Golf Club for Sunday Brunch, The Bluewater Grill with live jazz most nights, The Stonewood grill, two locations, Cortez and University, The Beachhouse and Rotten Ralphs, Anna Maria Island, Hemmingways at St Armands Circle and if you would like an "All you can eat Buffet" go tro the Golden Corall on Cortez The exact locations of all these restaurants can be obtained from the PC. We are very grateful to Lynne and John for letting us share their wonderful home and we have already booked another visit in the autumn.

She looks in on the guests shortly after arrival to ensure they are comfortable, happy and found all that they need. Carolyn is on hand, locally, should any guest need advice or help.

Our family enjoyed the whole experience of this villa , including the friendly and informative booking process with the owners John and Lynne. We were sent a video CD of the house and excellent directions and information on the villa.

When we arrived it met all of our expectations and more , and felt more like a home than a vacation house. We found it very peaceful sat around the pool and the villa was in a good location to see local attractions , with Restaraunts and Supermarkets nearby.

Once again many thanks to the owners John and Lynne.

The previous reviews do not overstate this Villa. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The villa is very well looked after and has all the features you would like. The pool is extremely clean and warm (even in April!). John and Lynne have set their standards and got it right!

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Bradenton. The villa was absolutely perfect. John and Lynne had thought of absolutely everything. The pool was so warm (and exceptionally clean) my boys were in it most of the time. The location was fantastic. With the selection of maps and computer with wireless internet, we were able to book things in advance and plan everything ahead of time. We loved the beach and the men loved the golf and it was always nice to come back to the villa as it just felt like home. We will definitely recommend the villa to friends and will be back ourselves too. Thank you both.
