Situated in the peaceful community of Regal Oaks, our villa has a central position to the larger than average beautiful lake. The villa is south facing, very spacious, air conditioned & furnished to a very high standard. Most rooms enjoy the lake view. The master bedroom has a grand queen bed, large dresser/mirror two nightstands, swival chair, T.V/DVD . En-suite shower/bathroom walk-in closet & a private sitting room with a sofa, hi-fi & games table (chess etc) the second bedroom has a grand queen bed, armoire/ TV and two nightstands & a closet, the third bedroom has twin beds, nightstand, table and closet. There is also a family bathroom. The large lounge has two sofas, upgraded cable TV, DVD, book library, formal dining area for 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, nook area with extending table & 4 chairs. Utility room, with washer/dryer/iron/ironing board. A heatable 35ft pool with fountains and a child safety barrier. Sun loungers & patio furniture can be found on the sun deck area

  • Minimum 7 nights duration. Prices include: cleaning after departure, 11% local taxes, water, electric, linens, towels, local and u.s. long distance phone calls and 1-800 numbers are free, ( beach towels, beach chairs are also provided) Cots / High chairs can be placed in the villa prior to arrival, a small hire charge will apply. If you would like any further information on the villa, or my own website please kindly email me.
  • A deposit of £100.00 ($185) per week of rental is due at the time of booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to departure. Full payment is required if booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. A security deposit of £250.00 ($454) is required and this will be fully refundable after your return date providing no damage has been sustained. Payment accepted in UK Sterling and American Dollars only.
  • Pool heating is an additional cost of £90 ($162) (recommended from November through to April/May )

Bradenton/Sarasota information: Bradenton has numerous golf courses (all within a short drive of our villa,) restaurants, shopping malls and plazas, crazy golf, cinemas just a short drive (10/15 mins) beautiful beaches with powdery white sand. Sarasota has theatres, museums, art galleries and numerous restaurants shopping malls, Natural habitat to explore - dolphins and manatees are often seen swimming in the waters of the Gulf. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens - for beautiful and exotic flowers. Mote Marine Science Aquarium. Myakka State Park - air boat rides, canoeing etc. Pirates Cove - fun for all the family! Sarasota Jungle gardens... Sarasota kennel club - greyhound racing (Nov thru Apr) All within 15 mins of the villa. For the more active, there are watersports, fishing, tennis (pop upto the Nick Bollettieri tennis academy,10 mins away, where Pete Sampras and Andre Agassi trained ) or even a round of golf at one of the many golf courses within 5 - 10 min drive

Local Amenities: Supermarkets, restaurants, and shops like Walmart Supercentre, Bealls, Blockbuster video store, McDonalds are within a 5 min drive. An approx 2/3 min drive is a bank and a post office. For more sophisticated shopping try St Armands Circle, where you'll find 150 boutiques and restaurants. Air conditioned shopping malls are just a 10 min drive away. The gulf beaches of Anna Marie Island (ideal for fishing) and Longboat Key / Siesta Key are all within easy reach (just a short drive), numerous golf courses are a 5/10 min drive away. Multiplex Cinemas 10/15 mins drive. Hello Diane.

Just a short note to say a heart felt "Thank You" for renting us your wonderful house for the past couple of weeks. When we opened the door for the first time, Wendy and I both said "Wow!". The presentation on arrival was excellent.

The property is far better than portrayed in the photographs. It really felt a home from home and contributed greatly to what was a wonderful holiday. The Bradenton/Sarasota area is so nice and peaceful at this time of year, even the beaches were mostly empty. The weather was glorious for the whole time we were there.

We have already starting saving for the next visit! Once again, many thanks.

As owners we have furnishished our villa with quality furniture, bedding etc that our renters would appreciate , when we go to the villa ourselves new things are added, and on a yearly basis tableware, saucepans and bedding are always replaced.
Our manageress is very hard working and keeps our villa immaculate and all credit for these lovely comments is due to her as well.

Beautiful Villa

If you are contemplating whether to book or not then deliberate no longer and book it! Our family consisting of 3 couples stayed in June '09 and had a fabulous week in truly luxurious surroundings. The furnishings are beautiful and very tasteful and we felt exceptionally lucky to have chosen such a fabulous villa. I would have loved to spend a month or more reading some of the pristine up to the minute paperbacks in the bookcases - there's always next time.The pictures don't do it justice. My son and son in law fished on the lake and caught a variety of fish. My daughter is expecting her first baby in August and would love to come back with her new addition some time in the future. We made friends with a family of ducks who came visiting most days. The pool was superb after a day out exploring the gulf coast. We can recommend a restaurant called Bonefish if you want to celebrate a special occasion.

Absolutely beautiful clean modern villa. Had a wonderfull time relaxing by the pool and fishing in the lake at the rear of the villa. The lovely white sandy beaches of the gulf coast are only a short 20-30 min drive away. Top of our short list for a return visit next year. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

When we opened the door for the first time, we both said "Wow!". The presentation on arrival was excellent and the whole house was funished to a very high standard.

The property is far better than portrayed in the photographs. It really felt a home from home and contributed greatly to what was a wonderful holiday. The heated pool added to the feeling of luxury.

We have already starting saving for the next visit!

We were so very pleased with the rental house that we had while on vacation. everything was so clean and very well stocked. This was definitely the most beautiful vacation rental place we have ever been to, and I'm sure we will be back again. Thank You!
