Our well equipped Villa Tropicana enjoys a superb waterfront location in Punta Gorda Isles a quiet exclusive deed restricted community that provides direct access by boat or car to Charlotte Harbour and the Gulf Coast Islands. The floodlit heated screened private pool faces South and there is a covered lanai with sliders to the master bedroom suite, living room and dining/family room. There are two further bedrooms and 1½ bathrooms. The luxury fully fitted kitchen is open plan to the dining/family room. The living room and dining/family room each have a TV, DVD and music systems. A telephone is available for free local calls and there is also a wireless Broadband/DSL connection. There is dual zoned air conditioning and heating. Hire a boat, moor it at the private dock and explore Charlotte Harbour and the Gulf Coast Islands and fish, watch dolphins or visit a deserted beach perhaps. Golf, tennis and health club as well as restaurants, shops and Fishermen’s Village are close by.

Tampa is about a 1.5 hours. Boca Grande and the Gulf Coast Islands can be reached by sports boat from our Villa in about 30-45 minutes.
