Notes to the rental rates

• SUMMER SPECIAL OFFER:
  ALL WEEKS UNTIL THE 21st of NOVEMBER, NOW REDUCED TO £600.00 PER WEEK.
  Plus Cleaning and Taxes.
  ALL RATES ARE FOR GROUPS OF UP TO 12 PEOPLE.
  EXTRA GUESTS CHARGED AT £10.00 PER NIGHT EACH.
  DISCOUNTS FOR LONGER PERIODS:
  Over 3 weeks, less 5% of weekly rates; 4-7 Weeks, less 10%; 8-11 weeks, less 15%.
  Over 12 weeks, less 20%. All Discounts excluded on all special prices!
  All late bookings (within 4 weeks of start date-not including in any special offers) get an extra 10% discount.
  
• A Fixed Cleaning Charge of £75.00 ($150) per stay, will be added to all bookings.
  Plus Florida Sales tax @ 7% and Tourist/Bed Tax @ 5%.
  A deposit of 10% of the total amount is required to hold any dates with the balance due 90 days before arrival.
  
• Extras. Pool & Spa/Jacuzzi. Normally the Pool is around 27c/84f and the Spa 30c/90f, but if you want the Pool up to 30c/90f and the Spa 36c/104f you will need the extra heaters added. We charge £100.00 ($200.00) per week plus tax. If you don't want the heaters but still would like the Spa Air Bubble Blower turned on , we charge just £25 ($50) per week plus tax.
  The villa has High Speed Internet, which can also be used Wireless. There is a small charge of £5.00/$10.00 per week plus tax. All local telephone and internet calls are free. Any other calls will be charged to your security deposit.
  BBQ/Gas Grill. To hire this, we charge £30.00 ($60.00) per week plus tax. This includes it's cleaning at the end of your stay and one full bottle of Gas.
  Cot or Crib. To hire this, we charge £30.00 ($60.00) per week plus tax. This includes all Linen.

Vacation Rental Description

This Six Bedroom villa comes with Two Master Suites, with King Size beds; both have double French doors to Lanai & Pool area. Two Double Queen size bedrooms and Two Twin bedded rooms. There is, in the Great room a Fold out Queen size bed if needed. We can also provide cots to both Master Suites, so can sleep up to 16 people? With the two 'en-suite' Bathrooms, there is a large family Bathroom and a Pool Bathroom. On all doors and windows, this villa has a full Security alarm system that is linked to a central station, with panic buttons for the Police, Fire and Ambulance service. This villa has a large Kitchen, Dinning area seating 8, Breakfast Bar seats 4, Laundry room and double garage. It is superbly furnished and equipped throughout, including 42' Satellite HDLCD TV with HD DVR recorder on the satellites and full Air-Conditioning. It is on a Deep Water canal, with easy access to South Gulf Cove nature reserve, Port Charlotte Harbour and the Gulf of Mexico.

Vacation Rental Amenities

30' x 13' Heated Pool with a separately heated Spa/Hot Tub that seats 8. Facing south, it has the Sun all day. The covered 35' x 10 Lanai and the Sun Deck is 30' x 10' is fully caged and is not over looked on any side. All doors and windows that lead to the Pool area have an independent safety alarm system, to warn you if the kids try and get to the pool without your knowledge? There is a 9000lb Boat lift with 60ft of Private Dock. Great fishing from this dock and then cooking on the villa Grill? Boat Hire: We have an arrangements with a local boat yards. We can arrange your boat hire for you at very good discounted rates. Car Hire: We have an arrangements with a Dollar Car Rentals. We can arrange any car, at any airport for you, also at very good discounted rates. The villa is fully equipped, including all linen, crockery and towels, even beach towels and toys. Just bring food, drink and yourselves. Our Management Company who live locally are available 24/7 in help!

Activities and Attractions

The villa is very close to all 8 wonderful 'sugar sand' beaches, all within a 20 minute drive, with some of the best shelling and shark tooth collecting to be had on the whole South Gulf Coast. From our dock, the beautiful Gulf Cove nature reserve is just 15 minutes sailing time away, via which, Port Charlotte sound is 20 minutes, then out to the Gulf of Mexico. There is great fresh and salt water fishing to be had in all areas. Port Charlotte for all department stores is only 15 miles away, with a large Publix supermarket and two petrol stations just 3 miles away. We list in our villa manual over 20 great local restaurants; there are all sorts of 'take-outs' locally, but why not cook your own 'catch of the day' on the villa BBQ/Gas Grill?

There are 8 great Golf courses that are all within a 30 minutes drive, including a floodlit, 24 hour course just 6 miles away, all courses welcome children over 8, and hire out all equipment. 1.
