Notes to the rental rates

Booking Notes:
A completed booking form together with the deposit of £150/$285 per week is required to secure the reservation. A cleaning charge of £45/$90 will also be added to the booking. The balance would be due 1 month prior to arrival. A security deposit of £200/$380 is required to be paid in full with the final balance. This will be refunded in full within 4 weeks of departure unless damage is found (accidental or otherwise)during the villa inspection or there has been excessive/unreasonable use of water, electricity or telephone. In the unfortunate circumstances of cancellation the following charges will apply: More than 1calendar month prior to arrival - deposit forfeited. Less than 1 calendar months prior to arrival - total cost forfeited. Confirmation of cancellation must be in writing. NB - we strongly recommend that you have travel insurance which covers cancellations, curtailments, etc.
