Our luxury 3 bed 2 bath pool home with 2000 sq foot underair is truly outstanding. Furnished to an high standard it offers all the comforts and amenities one would expect. Situated in a golfing community boasting 5 courses within 5 mins drive this home is idealy situated. The En-Suite Master Bedroom has King-size bed, private sitting area, 32' TV and patio doors to pool. The equally well appointed guest bedroom has queen bed cable TV and access to the pool. Bedroom 3 has twin beds & DVD/TV. The guest bathroom situated between the two guest bedrooms has direct access to the pool area. The spacious lounge with comfortable sofas occasional tables has a 42' TV & DVD. A formal dining room seats 6. The well equipped kitchen and breakfast nook completes the indoor facilities. Cable TV & free phone calls throughout USA & Canada The 28' screened pool faces SW ensuring sunshine all day A range of outdoor furniture and gas BBQ makes this a wonderful setting for outdoor dining and socialising

The villa is situated in the Deed Restricted community of Rotonda West. A tranquil community of golf courses canals, wildlife and greenbelt . On the Cape Haze Peninsula Rotonda lies close to the pristine white beaches of Boca Grand and Manasota Key. Within the community there are no less than 5 well maintained and attractively priced golf courses. The area boastes world class fresh and salt water fishing along with an abundance of other water based activities. Hire a boat and explore the Inter-coastal waterways to Punta Gorda or North to Venice and Sarasota Alternatively charter a boat and skipper and sail out into the Gulf to catch Marlin and watch those beautiful Floridian sunsets. Tampa with it's International airport, Bush Gardens, fine dining, shops and beaches is a mere 90mins drive north, whilst Orlando and Miami are both within easy reach (2.5hrs) Closer to home is beautiful Sarasota (40mins) Venice & Punta Gorda (25mins) Port Charlotte (10mins) and Fort Myers (45mins)
