This is a stunning property to accommodate up to 8 people. It has 3 living areas, large kitchen with all modern conditions, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room. Main lounge area, 'snug' and master bedroom have floor to ceiling patio doors opening onto pool area. The main lounge area has large screen TV with video and DVD and cable channels. There are TV-sets in all 4 bedrooms. 3-car garage with table tennis, table football game, fishing equipment, tennis equipment and 5 bicycles, gas barbecue. Super heated pool and spa area with lanai and top quality furniture. The situation of the villa is perfect-South Facing,Idyllic, peaceful,backing on to a canal. Golf course at the back of our road. Many Golf Courses on Rotonda and surrounding areas - beautifully maintained courses and very reasonably priced.Beaches 10 minute drive away - perfect white sandy beaches and clear blue sea - bliss!! Rotonda is situated on the gulf coast between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Very desirable area. Endless beaches and golf courses. Within easy reach of Boca Grande (favourite of Mr Bush!), Sanibel, Captiva, Sarasota, Venice, Fort Myers. Very Peaceful area yet within easy reach of superb facilities. cycling is a delight - nothing nicer than an early morning cycle before the sun gets too hot! A couple of mile cycle will get you to a breakfast destination too! Rotonda, originally a vast ranch belonging to the Vanderbilt family is now home to about 1500 homes! and covers an area of 11 sq miles! Rotonda is a Deed Restricted community which means there are strict rules for homeowners which makes it a very pleasant,extremely well maintained neighbourhood to live/stay in.

Home is very much a 'luxury home' as opposed to a 'rental property'.Tv's in all bedrooms, Table tennis, football game and air hockey in garage. Bikes and helmets.Tennis and fishing equipment and set golf clubs. Wildlife and bird-life superb. Comments in our visitors book indicate that our home is extremely well equipped and that pictures do not do it justice. Our home is very comfortable with top quality fixtures and fittings. There is now also free wireless internet ...just take your laptop and get access code from us before you go and you are all set!

Beach and Water activities: Fishing, Boat Hire, Parasailing, Jet ski-ing, Snorkeling and Scuba Diving, Dolphin watching Sun worshipping by the bucket load! Englewood (10 mins away) - hire a pontoon boat and take it on the intracoastal waterway and then onto the Gulf - dolphins a plenty - fabulous day - an absolute must! Most of the gorgeous beaches nearby on Manasota Key all have great facilities - toilets etc - picnic tables - barbecues - welcome to America!! Great restaurants just off the beach too! Superp Cocktails! Catch a ferry at Johnny Leverocks on Placida Road to take you to Rum Bay Restaurant on palm Island - fab So many great things to do - all close by.

Other Leisure activities: Ten Pin Bowling, Cinema, Cycling, Tennis, Shopping(!), Golf everywhere!! exceptional courses and very reasonably priced Walking, Bird and Wildlife watching

Dining: Fabulous restaurants 'a plenty', - Local fish on every menu - gorgeous!! Winn Dixie and Publix supermarkets within 5 min drive if you prefer to do your own cooking in our excellent kitchen facilities. Also gas barbecue for your use.

Golf: Rotonda is a well established Golf areawith excellently maintained golf courses. Many superb golf courses all in close proximity. Some only a short walk away from the Villa. The Pink Palace

We stayed in this villa last year and enjoyed it so much that we have booked it again for this year. The villa is clean and spacious and offers every comfort. The pool area is large and sunny and has a table and enough chairs for our family of 6 to eat outside every day. The 'boys' in the family had great fun fishing every day at the back of the house - although they didn't catch anything! The supermarket is 2 mins drive away and there are a number of restaurants in the vicinity. We had a truly fabulous stay and enjoyed the luxury that the villa offered. We can't wait to get back there this year!

Superb home in a gorgeous area.

My family and I have stayed in many holiday homes rented direct from the owners and this property is by far the best. The property was immaculately clean on arrival and the management company phoned us the morning after our arrival to check everything was okay as did the owner. I cannot recommend this property enough. My children are aged 11 and 12 and they both voted the week staying in this home as better than the week in Orlando visiting all the parks. They enjoyed riding the bikes provided in the garage and fishing at the bottom of the garen. The pool area was again immaculate and the pool was lovely and warm. The area had many lovely restaurants but to be honest the house was so nice and the kitchen so well equiped that we ate in may night sitting by the pool. Top attraction during our stay was hiring a boat from the local beach area and having dolphions swim alongside us. We will never forget that day.
The area reminds me very much of Australia which I love and our family will definately be back. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone. The before and after visit service from the owners was also suberb and they genuinely seem to care that you have a nice time in their beautiful home.

Fabulous

Have just got back from 2 weeks at this lovely villa and from the moment we opened the front door we felt completely at home. The villa is spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, the beds were the best we've slept in on holiday, The villa is very well equipped, from sharp kitchen knives down to a picnic box and beach umberellas, there's also a good selection of books and dvd's. There is a good amount of outside space enabling you to choose between sun and shade all day, the pool and spa were fantastic. The villa is on a quiet street and is not overlooked and is about 20 minutes to some fabulous beaches, Boca Grande beach is magnificent and teeming with wildlife and was practically desserted in July, great shopping in Fort Myers outlet centres and loads of places to eat.
We can thoroughly recommend this villa and it's quite obvious that Roy and Mel consider this their home and don't just view it as a business opportunity, we'll definatly be back

Jacey Family. Yet again another fantastic holiday in what must be one of the best holiday homes in Florida. This home really does have the wow factor and I truely cannot think of anything that it, the maintenance company or the Smith family doesn't provide. We love it !!

Exclusive '5 star' Gulf Coast Villa

We have booked this villa for the fourth time in 2009. The pictures do not do it justice, it is superb. Everything has been thought of, the attention to detail is excellent. The rooms are large and airy, the pool is bigger than you would expect and shops and restaurants are convenient. The local town has enough for your daily needs and the beaches are clean and family friendly. For more choice of shopping and dining it is worth visiting Port Charlotte ( about 15 minutes away) or further up the coast to Sarasota. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners, Roy and Mel and the management company that maintain the property are friendly and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa although selfishly we would love to keep it secret as it is so special we really don't want to share it with anyone!
