Florida Gulf Coast - Peaceful Vacation Villa
This luxury air-conditioned villa is situated in a peaceful residential community on the Gulf Coast, about 30 miles north of Tampa. The nearest beach is only a fifteen minute drive away or alternatively you can enjoy a swim in the private pool. The pool is 28 feet by 14 feet and is heated by a heat pump to guarantee enjoyment throughout the year (heating costs are included in the weekly rate).

Local area information
This is an excellent location for a peaceful stay yet still being within easy reach of the main tourist attractions (Tampa and Busch Gardens - 45 minute drive, Disneyworld - 90 minute drive). There are many restaurants and shops within a five or ten minute drive. Golfers can play at the nearest local course (a mile away) or chose from another fourteen nearby courses. This all makes the villa an ideal centre from which to explore the Gulf Coast.
