Located west of Interstate 75 and just North University Parkway, in the Palm Aire area, this Woodridge Oaks villa is in an exclusive enclave of homes. The homes are individually designed, creating a very upscale neighborhood. Woodridge Oaks is ideally located for visiting Sarasota and the local beaches. The shops and top class restaurants at University Parkway are within a very short drive. This delightful two storey villa is large and very spacious with 3000 sq ft of fully air conditioned space plus ceiling fans throughout – luxury furnishings and tiled/carpeted floors -- contemporary styled, fully equipped with all new furniture and freshly decorated. The star attraction of the home is its heavenly pool (18'x25') & 7 seater spa with spacious deck for hours of relaxation in exceptional privacy. And if this is not enough, the home has its own games room with pool table located in the loft balcony area.

Great......if you like the sound of traffic

This house does indeed look impressive in photo's and yes the house itself is nice. Not a holiday rental home though, more a long term rental home. We stayed there with our 3 young children (for a 2 week vacation), states in the details that there is a swing and a sandpit, couldn't find them anywhere! Also lots of glass tables (not child friendly)
We like to eat outside on holiday and we also like some peace and quiet (apart form the noise of the children) this house is in VERY close proximity to a 4 lane road. The traffic noise is very obvious when you are sitting around the pool area and is VERY obvious when you are trying to sleep in the master bedroom. We were quite annoyed that this had not been mentioned considering the price of the property per week. (but then why would they mention it?) They don't give you the full address until you have paid in full so you can't look it up on a map.
We did tell the rental company that we were unhappy and asked if it was possible to be relocated to another property (we were willing to pay!). We were told to "Get over it" and "most rental properties are by a main road" which we know for a fact is absolute rubbish!
We didn't let it ruin our vacation but we would definately not stay there again or recommend to to our friends and family

We stayed here for 1 week after a busy previous 10 days (NYC & Disney).
Our mouths dropped when we first walked through the door.... the photos on the web site certainly don't do the house justice.
Everything was there as described, and became a true home from home.
The house was clean and well equipped we couldn't have asked for more.
Thank you for a fantastic week!! We'll certainly be recommending the house to friends and family, and we would definitely love to go back!!!
