Relax and enjoy complete privacy in this recently built 4 bedroom luxury villa, set well back from Manasota Beach road, on a very private 3/4 acre lot with a lake and bird preserve to the rear. The beautiful Manasota beach is less than a mile away with major stores just a five minute drive. For additional pictures and information visit www.evansvillas.com The property, situated between Sarasota and Fort Myers, is some 75 miles south of Tampa International airport. The villa has a large heated pool and two spacious screened lanais with poolside table and chairs and has ample room for outside dining from that BBQ. Three sliding doors lead to the pool deck and there is a baby barrier for the pool if required.

Notes: A CD/Intercom system has been installed throughout the villa as well as poolside. For the kids and Dads a games room has recently been added with a new 7' slate bed pool table and Foosball game. The villa has 3850sq ft total living space with 2600sq ft under air. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided and even fishing rods/poles for the fishing enthusiasts.

Have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks staying at lake view manor. The villa was perfect. 7 of us stayed at the villa it felt homely and spacious the layout of the villa was great. The children spent many a happy hour in the pool and the games room, (the games room does not have a/c but that did not spoil our enjoyment) The area around the pool was large and had lots of comfortable furniture. We have been renting villas in Florida for many years now and would gladly return to lake view manor. There was also an added bonus of having the owners on hand if needed and they provide a good customer services. The owners have a helpful directory in the villa outline good restaurants etc. The beaches and area are also wonderful, the closest one only being a 2 minute drive. Would recommend this villa . The Owner also owned the house next door which would be great for two or three families wanting to stay near each other.

Comfortable Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at this home and thought it was a nice touch to be welcomed with a basket full of goodies and a bottle of wine! There are beach chairs, mats, toys and an umbrella that really came in handy! The game room was nice although at times it was a little cramped to play pool and not airconditioned, so be sure to play early in the morning or in the evening.

The pool area was very nice and spacious with plenty of shade if you want to get out of the sun. The deck lounge chairs were great and not dirty or old looking. We enjoyed our meals outside and used the BBQ once and happy that there was gas in the tank.

The house is very spacious and clean but not immaculately clean. The sheets on the beds had such an offensive odor that we had to wash the bed sheets and pillow cases before we could go to sleep. There were three beds that we didn't use, but they were definitely in need of freshing up. There were plenty of towels as well, but they smelled as though they could go through the wash to be freshened.

The laundry room has a nice washer and dryer. Lucky we brought our own laundry detergent as there was very little there and would not have been enough to wash the sheets on three beds and do a few loads of laundry. The kitchen was also well equipped, and we didn't lack for anything there.

Besides the "sheet thing" we had a great stay! Thank you!

Two years of bliss 2008 & 2009

Wonderful house with everything you need for a home away from home. The house and property are exceptionally well kept and up-to-date.

Coffee by the pool while the birds are singing, butterflies floating through the air and lovely flowers in bloom--it doesn't get better than that.

Gareth & Eileen are there whenever they are needed. The "Welcome Basket" is a great touch for the weary traveler.

Two great years, January-May 2008 & 2009, thanks for the great place to stay.

Xmas morning in the heated pool.......champagne on the beach.....BBQ back at the house...it doesn't get much better!

Beautiful house in a great location, beaches, restaurants, great shopping and quiet tranquility.

We are regular visitors to Florida with over 20 years of experience renting villas throughtout Florida and Europe. The owners of this property provide those little extras that make a great holiday home into something special.

Set on an oversized plot and approached via a long sweeping driveway, the villa is immaculately presented, both in terms of cleanliness and decoration. High quality furnishings are complimented by an abundance of unique accessories making the villa feel like a home from home.

All rooms are large, bright and fully equiped with Cable TV, DVD, free internet, quality bedding and towels, modern kitchen appliances and all the cutlery and dishes you could hope for. The welcome basket on arrival was much appreciated and included the basic essentials such as a bottle of good wine and even cold beer in the fridge!.

The location is very private yet only 5 minutes from spectacular beaches, delicious restaurants and numerous golf courses. If you want relaxation in a quality setting, then this is for you.

Simply outstanding.
