Relax and enjoy complete privacy in this recently built 4 bedroom luxury villa, set well back from Manasota Beach road, on a very private 3/4 acre lot with a lake and bird preserve to the rear. The beautiful Manasota beach is less than a mile away with major stores just a five minute drive. The property, situated between Sarasota and Fort Myers, is some 75 miles south of Tampa International airport. The villa has a large heated pool and two spacious screened lanais with poolside table and chairs and has ample room for outside dining from that BBQ. Three sliding doors lead to the pool deck and there is a baby barrier for the pool if required.
