Bal Harbour is a paradise in the middle of the city. Miami Beach is actually a long stretch on the entire east coast of Miami and Bal Harbour is located roughly in the middle of the stretch (being on about 100th street). The beach of Miami Beach (known in this area as Bal Harbour Beach) is a wide and clean beach, is mostly private except for the two public access points and offers a scenic walking path and a jetty for fishing and sightseeing. The area near the jetty is a favourite of surfers. Public access to the beach at 96th Street and Collins Avenue and at 102nd Street and Collins, next to the Haulover Inlet, actually 4 blocks from the apartment.

The beach of Bal Harbour is a Wide, clean beach with dunes extends eight-tenths of a mile south from Haulover Inlet. Set among resort hotels, the beach is mostly private except for the two public access points, and offers a scenic walking path and a jetty for fishing and sightseeing. Very nice apartment and area. very helpful and excellent lessor. - highly recommended. All what you need as a privat or business person, full equipped kitchen, wide patio, internet access(wireless or cabel), parking lot. with one sentence all to be comfortable. All was nice and clean and in excellent condition.

Sehr nettes Apartment und sicherer Umgebung. Sehr Hilfsbereite Vermieter. Alles was das Herz begehrt, geeignet fuer Privat und auch Geschaeftsreisende. Voll ausgestattete Küche, sehr grosse Terrasse, Internetzugang, W-lan oder Kabel, Parkplatz vor der Tuere.
Apartment war sehr sauber und alle Sachen in ausgezeichnetem Zustand. Sehr zum weiterempfehlen.

Nice, comfortable apartment! We really felt almost like home... just better weather! ;) Well equiped. Bright, open rooms. Nice patio. The property is situated central but quiet in a beautiful village. Good starting point for several tours, e.g. Keys, Everglades, ... Can also recommend visiting the beaches northwards from Miami Beach (along A1A).Any informations missing, tipps needed, ask the lessor - very helpful!

I had a short business stay in miami and took again the property -- and what else it was more than excellent --- no one else could offer you a plesant stay than Lucia.
i really appreciate the hospitality of Lucia.

We used the apartment for 3 weeks in December and were absolutely satisfied with it. Everything was like described. Clean and well equipped. The location is a dream! Absolutely quiet and very safe. Once you lived here you would never like to stay in a regular hotel again. The landlords are very nice and very helpful people. It was a pleasure to meet them.
We would recommend a rental car but a grocery store (Publix), Post Office and some little shops and restaurants are near by. The beach is an easy 5-block-walk through a private gate.
Yes, yes, yes! We recommend this place and are looking forward to coming back!

Hi ivw rented this apartment for 11 days in Miami it was wonderful. ithink its hard to find anything that safe in miami the guards are greate and the owners of the appartment are greate. everthing was exakly as they said. just behind the Bal Harbour shops vary nice and safe neibourhood
