Come and enjoy our two-bedroom, vacation rental Condo, in the heart of famous South Beach (Sobe), situated on a quiet residential side street. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, famous Ocean Drive, the Art Deco Historic Disctric, restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, and all of what South Beach has to offer. This beautiful, apartment has been fully-equipped with all the luxuries of home including Cable TV in each room, DVD and VCR and phone also in each room, radio, washer and dryer, linens, a hair dryer, wireless internet access and many other things that will make your holiday stay a very pleasant experience. It has direct access to a garden and a court yard, where you can just sit on the sun on our wood deck, or use the barbecue to cook a meal. The apartment is also two blocks from the Miami Beach Marina, and about a five-minute drive from downtown Miami. We are a proud member of the Reliability Program of the Better Business Burea.

Notes: Smoking is allowed on the patio. We don't have parking on-site, but the street is zoned for residential parking and a permit is needed to park, therefore, there is always parking right outside or steps from the building. We give you the parking permit free of charge

Reservation fee and Security Deposit: The reservation fee is $350.00 and it will become the security deposit for the rental property. The security deposit is fully refundable within a week of your departure, as long as the property and it's contents has not been damaged. Credit cards will be accepted to pay the deposit without any extra charge. If you use a credit card to pay for the rental a 3% surcharge will be added to your total cost.

Cancellations and Refunds You will forfeit your entire deposit if you cancel your reservation 30 days or less prior to the arrival date. If you cancel during the last 2 weeks prior to arrival you are responsible for the full amount of the rental.

Hi, I rented 3 of the apartments at this residence last October 2007! Beautiful, convenient, quiet, quaint, clean, and very friendly owner! It was a beautiful experience! I cannot wait to go back to this residence. The owner is always a phone call away if you have any questions. I highly recommend staying there. I stayed with my husband and two children in the two bedroom( Ages 10 and 1 year old). My cousin from London stayed with his girl friend in the other apartment. My two girlfriends stayed next door to me. We bar-b-que in the back yard and walked to the beach. The owner provided beach toys and chairs and a cooler. Convince store was nearby if we ran out of any items. I will def. stay there again. I highly recommend this holiday rental. I got tired of staying at hotels and wanted a family like atmosphere. Great for the price also. The place looks exactly what you see in the pictures!

Petite maison de vacances typique et très bien située : 5 minutes à pied de la plage et du centre de miami beach. Ocean drive est à 2 minutes à pied.
Aucun problème pour garer sa voiture en face de la résidence.
Tous le matériel nécessaire est à disposition : raquette de plage, sèche cheveux, serviette de bain et de plage, grille pain, micro-ondes et cafetière, TV dans chaque chambre, accès Internet....
Superbe terrasse avec barbecue à disposition mais avec un usage difficile au mois d'Août à cause des nombreux moustiques.
Nous sommes restés une semaine à 5 personnes avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d'agréables vacances. Si la maison avait été disponible, nous serions bien restés une semaine supplémentaire.
Merci à Maria d'avoir été disponible et de nous avoir permis de passer de superbes vacances.
