The unit was better than described when we spoke with the owner. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The building is directly on the ocean and has a wonderful pool. The building has valet parking which was extremely convenient. We completely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a 2-bedroom condo with direct ocean access. We have a young child and the unit owner provided us with pack-n-play.

When we first arrived we thought it was great but it the online description was much better than the actual unit. It was a 2 bedroom two bath condo on the beach. The swimming pool was not heated and a view of the ocean is impossible from the pool. The pool and hot tub or spa as it is called were about the same temperature. It is a long walk to any eating or shopping and we did not find any reef within swimming distance. The beach was no more than 20 feet and was not maintained by residence or the condo at least the trash was not picked up. The workers at the condo were difficult to understand and were not helpful as far as directions or recommendations for restaurants. However the manager was very nice. Although the condo was over priced the owners did provide beach towels, sand buckets and boogie boards for the kids. The bed was held up by phone books. The location provides a good distance between both Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Very family oriented town. Overall the experience was good but I thought the price should be about $500 less than what we paid.
