SoFi Villas and Garden: Consists of - Four 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Villas & One 2 Bedroom / 1 Bath Cottage. *The whole property can accommodate upto 22 guests! SoFi Villas and Garden is located in famous Miami Beach/South Beach, Florida. SoFi Villas and Garden is located in SoFi (South of Fifth Street) two blocks from the beaches and Ocean Drive! This beautiful 1930's building is in the historic Art Deco District. SoFi Villas and Garden also has a unique garden and courtyard area where you can enjoy outdoor seating for visiting, reading a magazine or sharing coffee with a friend. Each of our five condos have many windows and restored original hardwood floors.The units all have central air conditioning, linens, towels, complete kitchen and accessories, high speed internet, cable TV, and secured access to the building and courtyard.

The Cottage has Two bedrooms and One bath and is completely furnished with a Queen bed, 2 twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The Cottage has tile floors, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and all cooking utensils. The unit also includes central air, cable TV and high speed internet. The Garden Cottage is on street level, with no steps or stairs. There is also a beautiful view of the Garden from the kitchen and bedroom.
