Pretty cottage style home on Marco Island, 3 beds, with beautiful pool
Located away from busy main roads, this home is beautifully furnished. Living areas have maple flooring , bedrooms are carpeted and have walk in wardrobes, bathroom fully tiled. Kitchen is fully stocked with every modern convenience from smoothie make to microwave. Laundry in double garage. The pool and lanai are covered to prevent mosquitoes and there is a large table and 6 chairs for outside dining. Located within walking distance of the nearest beach entrance and also close to shops/restaurants. Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be arranged as twin or king sized bedrooms. The formal lounge and family look out over the pool area and there is TV, DVD, and music centre in the family area. TV also in main bedroom

Marco Island is beautiful City located just south of Naples. The 'Island' consists of waterways and land based around a wonderful crescent shaped beach. Every conceivable facility is available within the area - boating, fishing, sea sports, tennis golf etc and lots more besides! For the shopaholics - you can shop till you drop in Naples or drive further north for 20 miles and source the Outlet Mall in Miramar! Marco too has lots of shopping locally and is full of interesting places to eat. However, most people who come to Marco love it for its peace , the seashore and the wonderful wildlife that is to be seen thereabouts. Watch the pelicans feed on the sea as you sunbathe or search for Manatees in the canals! For real nature lovers, the everglades are 20 miles east heading for miami (which is only 1.5 hours away) and here you will encounter alligators and learn all about the mangroves. We bet you too will want to return to this fabulous island!

While Marco Island is a wonderful resort area for any family due to its diverse facilities and wonderful climate, we would particularly like to point out that it is a fabulous base for anyone who would like to spend time on the water. There is a local marina where boats can be rented for periods of a half day to full weeks!
