Have fun at the Park Shore Resort in this newly redecorated completely furnished condo. Just steps away are the large pool and waterfall and the resort's own Island Club Pub (featuring a jazz band 2 nights per week). There's 24 hour security; and tea and coffee are available in the lobby all day and night. What more could you want? This: it's close to everything you ever wanted to see and do in Naples. Three shopping centers and several restaurants are within walking distance. There's a resort van that can take you to the beach; and the Naples Trolley stops at the Resort for trips to shops and sights around town. The Zoological Garden, Venetian Village, the Waterside shops, the Naples Museum of Art and the Naples Philharmonic are about 5 minutes away. More fabulous restaurants, boutiques, the Sugden Theater and art galleries are about 10 minutes driving time.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Monthly rate for the period of January through March is $3600. Monthly rates available for other months on request.
    If the rental is for more than two people there is a charge of $10 extra/person/day. Rates do not include the 10% Florida tax. A security deposit of $200 is required and will be refunded within two weeks of departure.
    Cancelled reservations will receive a full refund if the unit is rented for that particular period.
  • There are no extra charges for cleaning.

We arrived from the UK in mid august for 2 weeks and had a delightful break.

The accomodation is very nice, clean, exactly as described and was a good size condo and the actual resort was perfect for our needs. We have 2 kids (11 + 14) and they were able to use the pool all times of the day and evening. The resort is very well located, close to the shops and only a couple of minutes drive from the beaches.

The local area is full of interesting things to do, from kayaking in the everglades to shopping in 5th Avenue or at Macy's.

Overall, we were very pleased and would use this again.
