This luxurious Naples condo is equipped to the highest standards. It is extremely spacious and furnished with the discerning guest in mind. It's situated in a tranquil part of the resort and there are beautiful views of the tropical lake from its first floor location. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, its own en-suite bathroom and French doors to the oversized lanai. There is an eat-in kitchen as well as an elegant dining area. The lanai is beautifully furnished with an upscale dining set and comfortable chaise longues with cushions. The lanai features a full kitchen, making those outdoor meals so convenient. Every convenience has been thought of - there are tvs in both bedrooms as well as in the living area and the quality of the lighting gives your vacation home a special ambience. This condo is extremely well-furnished and maintained therefore we ask for careful guests only please.

This condo is located in Falling Waters, a tropical resort that gives you easy access to Old Naples and those magnificent beaches. It is a private gated community that matches Naples' exclusive feel. The resort features two story buildings, designed in Meditterranean style, surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, waterfalls and lakes. The resort hosts south west Florida's largest heated pool, with over 11,000 sq ft surrounded by lush vegetation and exotic plants. Other amenities include tennis courts, bocce ball, 18 hole putting green and bar-b-que area. Naples itself has ten miles of beautiful golden beaches. Unusually for America, it has a very definite downtown area with magnificent buildings and spectacular landscaping. You will know why they call Naples 'paradise'!

Falling Waters Naples Florida - Perfect Condo!

This condo is even better than the description! Superbly furnished and with everything you could possibly need inside and out for a holiday in Naples - even some chairs for the beach are provided. On the secure, safe, friendly and pretty site, just a short walk away, is the fantastic large outdoor swimming pool, always heated to around 85 degrees, plus a club house. Only a few minutes drive to several supermarkets, specialist shops, bars, restaurants, bank, post office, and a 10 min. drive to the wonderful Naples beach and shops, bars etc. Recommended wholeheartedly to everyone.
(Be aware though that it is a first floor apartment, so there are some steps outside up to the door. Also, there was no internet access, but there is an internet coffee shop 5 minutes away and free sites in Naples itself.)

We have stayed at this property for the past two years for two months, February and March. The condo is well equipped for making our stay comfortable. The view is great, and the location is close to the pool. When we arrived everythig was is order. Making the arrangements for our stay was very smooth. Contacts with the the person who manages the property was also very nice. I felt very comfortable communicating with her.

A great condo with excellent facilities

This condo is a wonderful place to stay. It is very clean and roomy and has all the everyday necessities in it. The outdoor kitchen is a big plus. We spend most of our time out there making dinner and just relaxing on the lanai.

We loved the pool. It is definitely something to see.

The condo is just a short drive away from the beautiful beaches and some excellent shopping.

We would definitely rent this condo again.
