Notes to the rental rates

• Deposit: $150 non-refundable cleaning deposit. $100 non-refundable application fee with completed application and letters of recommendation which must be received no less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival along with fully executed lease. Security Deposit equivalent to 50% of stay with signed lease and balance 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy:30 days prior to arrival or forfeit deposit. Tax 10% based on rental rate, not included in rental price. Absolutely No Pets and No Smoking within the unit.

About the Community:

Deauville Lake Club was built in the early 1990's. The maintenance of the entire complex has kept it looking like new. On occasion you may see turtles, deer, foxes, rabbits and other wildlife. Golfing, the beaches, Marco Island, shopping, etc. are within comfortable driving range. 10 seperate buildings and two seperate clubhouses, each with their own pool areas, compliment Deauville Lake Club. Lighted tennis, in-ground spa tub at the main clubhouse along with two gas grills, two gazebo areas, and shuffle-board welcome you, as do the friendly neighbours. The property is completely fenced around the perimeter and there is only one entry/exit to the property which is on a circular drive. You've even got a reserved, covered car park and open guest parking.

What to do?

Want to take a day trip? Hop on Old 41 to Miami for an easy drive to South Beach, crossing the old alligator alley, you'll have photo opportunities for alligators and such. Drive to Everglades City for a taste of old Florida Charm. Kayak in the Everglades with the alligators, air boat tour, etc. You name it and you're close to it. Orlando and Tampa are about 4 hours and 2 hours respectively, however, base your vacation from this beauty and be the envy of all of your friends.
