Huge lanai with OVERSIZED HEATED swimming pool & waterfall spa and BBQ grill, all screened in for around-the-clock enjoyment. Romantic and fabulous sunrises/sunsets from the wraparound balconies on the second and third floors. Very private SUNDECK with spectacular waterview on the top floor, 35 feet high. The top of the line, fully equipped gourmet kitchen also has a romantic waterview breakfast nook and Jenn-air cooking island overlooking the peaceful, clean, clear sea water.
