Located on a gated community, just a short drive from down town Naples with a stunning south west exposure over a lake. Also close to a number of great golf courses. The Property has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, both a family room and a formal living room. There is also an electric heated 28' pool housed within a 35' by 40' pool deck. This is a well furnished and comfortable home. The house is very spacious and along with the pool deck area offers lots of living space. Shops, restaurants and golf courses all close by. Old Naples and the local beaches is just a 15 min drive away and there are plenty of other beaches within 30mins you can try. This is an ideal place to just unwind and enjoy all Naples has to offer. With over 35 golf courses Naples also has the highest ratio of golf courses to golfers in the USA, this makes Naples an ideal location for Golfers to visit from October to early December when the weather has turned in the UK but Florida is still warm.

Naples can be reached via a direct flight from the UK to Miami or an Internal Flight to Fort Myers. For those travelling from the UK the American carriers will offer a hub and spoke flight option, from the hub you can catch a second internal flight to Fort Myers which is a 45 min drive away. You should check both alternatives as the American carrier can be cheaper. Try a flight to New York's JFK and then use jetblueairways who fly from New York to Fort Myres for around US$ 89 each way. Naples is a town that is home to many wealthy residents some permanent and some who have their winter homes on the beach or in the Port Royal area. Houses here are valued in the multi million US$ bracket. The median income of Collier county in which Naples is based, is the highest in the state of Florida, 1.3 times the state average and 1.2 times the average for America. As a result of this wealth Naples enjoys many high class restaurants, boutiques and Theatres.

Notes: The pool deck is 40' by 35'. Within it the pool is 28' by 14' and goes from 3' deep at the shallow end to 6' at the deep end. There is a covered Lanai that is 19'3 by 10'. The pool deck has the benefit of great views over the Lake. The Formal living room has a three seat and two set sofa plus coffee table. This is an ideal area to read and relax at the end of the day for those who want to get away from the TV in the Family room. The kitchen also has a breakfast area with a table and four chairs. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs while the fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a double bed and bathroom en-suite. The main bedroom has a large bathroom en-suite, walk in wardrobe plus the benefit of it's own sitting room area with a TV and two seat sofa. The double garage can be reached from within the house.
