The Formal Dining Room is romantic and seats six. It hosts a beautiful chandelier with a dimmer switch. The huge Living Room has two full leather sofas, two swivel recliners and a 55' television. There is a large coffee table that's perfect for serving appetizers. There is lovely artwork displayed throughout the home. The Utility Room has full-sized washer and dryer. There's a deep utility sink and a built-in desk. There's lots of storage. There's a small porch with a bistro table and two chairs to greet you at the front porch. There's a large patio/party area on other side of the home with table, chairs and gas grill. There's excellent star-gazing here at night.

There's even a workshop with tools. The 1-1/2 car garage will protect your vehicle from the sun and provide you the protected entry/exit from the elements. The garage door has remote control. There is a circular drive for easy access. There is an irrigation system for lawn and trees. There are yard lights on timer for the evening. Located in a fun, active 55+ community (1 tenant must be 55 or older. No children under 18). Park is beautifully maintained with pool and recreation center. Dances, dinners, activities galore! Shuffle board and a small boat dock is available since it's located on the Imperial River. People are friendly and classy. It's six quick miles to the Beach for swimming, shell hunting and enjoying the fabulously beautiful sunsets over the Gulf. Two old Easy to ride bicycles are in the garage. Makes you feel like a kid again. A small animal is welcomed if perfectly groomed and loved.

Everything is here! Just bring your clothes! Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Oven/Stove, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, Coffee Maker, Blender, cooking utensils, new service for 8, basic cable, cordless phone, vacuum, carpet cleaner, all linens, towels, 55 inch TV, DVD, VCR, TV'S in all bedrooms. There are two bikes in garage. This location is close to everything: Albertson's, Walgreens, CVS, Home Depot, banks, gas, McDonalds, LOTS of other restaurants. In the Albertson's center, there is an exceptionally good take-out Chinese and Mexican restaurant. Excellent churches are close on Bonita Beach Road. A HUGE plus is the state-of-the-art McGregor Hospital and doctors are two exits south on I-75. It takes less than 10 minutes to get there. That's important. Beautiful Barefoot Beach is six miles away.
