This house ticked all our boxes. It has an excellent location being within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, and also easy to get off Marco when it is busy to visit other Florida attractions or to access the Everglades. Beautiful waterfront view, but peaceful and not overlooked. Very accurate description, but on arrival we were surprised at how lovely it was.
Spotlessly clean and well presented, but it still felt like home! We had very poor weather but were so happy to spend time back at this house and found it really relaxing. The Hot Spring spa was a bonus when the temperature fell below freezing!
Very well equipped with lots of nice touches, toiletries, towels, enough stuff to get us going in the kitchen. Very thoughtful owners who went the 'extra mile' with us.
We'll be back!

Great comfortable home with wonderful river views. Lovely to sit in the hot tub with a glass of bubbly looking at the views. Also great location for being able to walk to the shops and restaurants.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
