This is a superb deluxe residence on extensive grounds, very close to all that Naples has to offer. Just look at the list of upgrades - tiled roof and entrance porch, tiled and hardwood floors inside, hickory and granite kitchen with high-range appliances, French doors to extensive, tiled lanai, large heated pool overlooked by a wealth of lush, tropical vegetation. The tropical theme is continued inside, with plantation and rattan furnishings, soaring ceilings and cool shades of green and yellow. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, each of the two master suites having their own bathrooms and access to the lanai. The two master baths are sumptuous, contributing to the upscale ambiance. This home is almost new and has never been on the rental market yet it is located in the beautiful mature development of Kings Lake, with tennis courts and jogging and cycling path. This is a haven of peace and tropical luxury just minutes from Naples' famous beaches and sophisticated downtown.

Our home is located in Kings Lake, a community that is mature and tranquil and yet is one of the closest communities to downtown Naples and the beaches. We are even closer to Tin City, Naples' famous waterfront facility for shopping, dining and boating. The amount of mature tropical trees is particularly notable - you will know you are on holiday in a tropical paradise. You can use our bikes to take a cycle around the lake or indeed to pop out to the nearby shops. We are very proud of our neighbourhood and are happy to provide our guests with a detailed guide on where to shop, dine and play, both nearby and all around Naples.

Notes: This home has been designed to be a luxurious residence and is fully equipped for two families or one family that like their space! It is extremely well kept. The attention to detail is considerable and everything is to a high specification. Much of the linens and towels are new and all are of a high quality. You don't just get a coffee maker in this home, you get one that grinds your fresh beans and has your coffee ready in the morning! The decor is the opposite of the bland, characterless appearance that characterises some Florida rentals. The furnishings are tropical and exotic, with lots of side tables and lamps to add to your comfort. There are beautiful stools surrounding the granite kitchen island and the lanai is a particular feature, with its beautiful tiling and comfortable seating. Because of the high level of furnishings and decor in this home, we ask for careful guests only please. And with our superb management, you will enjoy the best of a Naples vacation.

The Kings Palace, as we affectionately referred to the home, was the most immaculate home we have ever stayed in. We loved the safe neighbourhood in which to walk at any time of day or night. We were even close enough to walk to an excellent grocery store. We loved the lanai for having morning coffee and dinner in the evenings. It was like being outside in your own private living/dining room. Roberta bent over backwards for us. We are grateful to her, as well as to Noelle, for providing such a restful and beautiful home to come to.

'We had a wonderful time staying in your home. It catered to our every need and there was plenty of room and privacy. Roberta was readily available to answer our questions and address our concerns. The neighbourhood was very nice and we enjoyed using the walking paths. I miss my afternoons reading on the lanai and the gentle breeze blowing across. We are looking forward to our next trip!
