The Pool: Situated on the screened in 32ft x 54ft deck, with its gloriously sunny south west aspect and panoramic long lake views is the unique ‘wet deck’ heated infinity edge free form pool with underwater lighting and sun shelf. The only pool of its kind in Lely Resort. Rising out of the pool is the integrated infinity spa with 6 powerful air jets and seating for 8. The pool and spa have an IntelliChlor electrolytic generator which uses small amounts of common table salt (less than one teaspoon per gallon) for the most advanced water sanitization system available. Sparkling clean, fresh and safe water with no more chlorine odor, stinging eyes, irritated skin or bleached out swimsuits that you may get with conventional chemical pools!

The Deck: 3 European sun loungers, comfortable informal seating under the lanai for 7 with occasional table, plus outside dining for 10 in the shaded outdoor dining area. 2 ceiling fans, dimmable halogen ceiling lights and 2 zone audio entertainment. Poolside landscape lighting. Watch the pelicans feeding in the lake whilst you relax on the deck, enjoying magnificent sunsets every night or cooking the evening meal on the 3 burner BBQ grill with additional side burner

This home is adjacent to property no 72096 (Holiday Rentals UK) and subject to availability can be rented together creating a wonderful ability to have over 20 family members or friends on the same vacation.

Golf: There are 2 Public Championship golf courses in Lely resort and a further 35 Public golf courses in the area. Golfers need never play the same course twice. The Mustang Course designed by Lee Trevino and the Flamingo Course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr (Golf Digest 4 stars) are both in Lely and are open to the public. Until end October 2007, reciprocal golf privileges are also offered at 10 local courses including the private members only Classics Golf & Country Club in Lely, designed by Gary Player.
