Bonita Springs is located between Fort Myers and Naples on Highway 41. The villa is located in The Brooks, a planned community situated between Interstate 75 and Highway 41 also known as Tamiami Trail. White sand beaches and a nature preserve are located 10 minutes way for beach combing, swimming, jet skiing, paragliding and general water sports. Tanmiami Trail hosts dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores as well as K-Mart, Target, Steinmart and Office Depot. Fort Myers and Naples are short drives away and offer many attractions. It's a lovely, unspoiled area of southwest Florida.

Additional information about rental rates

  • All rent to be paid in advance. ANY RENTAL FOR LESS THAN TWO WEEKS WILL BE CONSIDERED AT £100 A NIGHT, MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS. Security deposit is one weeks rent up to a month's tenancy, more may be required for long term rentals. £150 cleaning fee collected at time of final rental payment. For monthly rentals, electricity charges over $100 per month will be the responsibility of the renter. Phone allows local calls and toll-free calls only. Pets will be considered for monthly rentals, additional cleaning and flea treatment fees apply. Peak season (Nov - April) rentals for less than 3 months considered after November 1st.
  • Golf course use included for long term (1-month plus) renters with greens fees and one-time transfer fee. Greens fees (including carts) usually run $50 and the one time fee is $400 at this writing. Long term renters during the season (November to May) have access to other clubs in the area for small fee. Please ask for more information if interested.
  • Cleaning service for long term renters can be arranged. Pool service is included.
