VENETIAN PALMS our paradise property, is situated in a prime position, located in an exclusive residential enclave containing homes worth over $1 million in its newest Estates section. South West facing back garden area with a heated pool and eight-seater spill over Spa, ideal for those early evening cocktails whilst enjoying the fabulous sunset. The extra large pool deck has a lake view with abundant sun beds and a barbecue grill for alfresco dining.

The villa was built for Florida living to give maximum enjoyment to guests.

The Cafe Nook has FREE WI FI ACCESS free to our guests.

A 16-foot span of sliding glass doors affords a great view of the pool and spa beyond. We have a state-of-the-art home entertainment system with sofas and armchairs for additional comfort. The Master Bedroom, Queen bedroom and living area wrap around the lanai and pool to create inside/outside living.

Elegant Naples is a shopper's paradise with numerous designer shops and exclusive boutiques. Naples is known for its sugar sand beaches, the famous pier, fishing, abundant golf courses, theatres, cinemas, and art galleries. Marco, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are easily accessible, as are the Everglades. Fort Myers Airport is approx. half an hour's drive down I.75 Fort Myers, Sarasota Orlando (Disney) are two and a half house drive away.

Our private, gated community provides swimming pool, clubhouse and children's play area..

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a large walk-in wardrobe and a private sliding door to the pool, with a view to the lake. The huge master bathroom has his and hers vanity basins, a large corner bath plus an over-sized walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed, double fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom with bath/shower.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds plus a double fitted wardrobe and access to a full bathroom. A crib is provided, if needed.

The fourth bedroom is a separate suite located at the front of the house with its own private door from the living room into a hall with a separate adjoining bathroom This comfortable room has a Queen size four poster bed with nightstands and lamps, together with spacious double, fitted wardrobes.

The large formal dining area has seating for six, and the extensive lanai has three outdoor tables with chairs, plus four sun loungers.

Dual air conditions units supply filtered, cooled air, and will also feed warm air on the occasional winter day, if required.

The pool and spa can be heated by their own electric pump.

The master bedroom is supplied with a hairdryer and a linen cupboard containing a full range of house linens and towels.

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with a full range of dishes, glasses, cutlery and pot and pans, catering to all needs.

What a relaxing holiday!

There was an immediate wow factor as we entered the villa - christmas trees twinkling, soft lighting and gentle music playing, what a welcome!!

Our vacation was made so comfortable with beautiful and stylish furnishings. Even the insomniacs amongst us slept like logs, so all credit to the great beds!
We made great use of the heated pool and spa and outdoor relaxing and dining area.

The villa was just as described. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained with a well equipped kitchen. Customer service was second to none, with prompt communication throughout and attentive personal service on site.

Although we had been to the area before, there were still planty of new places to try, thanks to the wealth of local information provided by our hosts.
We went through the dining list – Stonebridge was particularly good. Loved the vibes in Spanky’s – great people! It was our friends’ first visit to Florida and they were fascinated by the diversity of wildlife around the lake behind the villa. Naturally, they were blown away by the Everglades experience and the air boat rides.

We would certainly consider staying at this property again and would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. What a relaxing holiday!

Venetian Palms just one Great Villa!

After leaving the cold weather in the U.K. we arrived to lovely sunshine in Naples, the house was very welcoming and certainly lived up to our expectations and more. Indeed I would go so far as to say that the photo's did not do the villa justice. The house is extremely well-equipped spacious and a real 'home from home'.
It is situated just 10 minutes from the lovely beaches, Third Street South and 5th Avenue, Publix Supermarket is a short 5 minutes away. We visited Miami, the Everglades, Marco Island and Captiva during our stay, enjoyed many a BBQ around the lovely pool and Spa, great Restaurants on your doorstop, and played a few rounds of Golf.
We were so impressed by the villa we have re-booked for next April and we would like to add that Eileen and Geoff were particularly helpful and full of useful advice and information. We cannot recommend this villa enough to any future guests.

The best vacation I've had in a long time!!!

My husband and I were looking to get away for a nice and relaxing stay in sunny Naples. We booked our stay at the Venetian Palms (which was very fast and easy to do online) and when we arrived we were blown away. The house was everything I had imagined it to be, true to the photos and what it said it had to offer. It was extremely clean, bright, sunny and had the most fabulous pool and BBQ area you could ask for. Everything I needed from dishes, pots and pans were all right there. Just minutes away from the beach where we spent a lot of time, it was a nice haven to come home to. This was an amazing vacation house and I will absolutely be coming back next year. I was able to relax and spend some quality time with my husband. I HIGHLY recommend this to couples or a family looking to unwind and get away. It is a nice large house with lots of space. It exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back. See you next year!

This is a very well appointed property in the excellent Briarwood Estate in Naples, Florida. Every conceivable appliance and accessory one would expect of a property of this quality was there!
The house, pool area and Barbeque were spotlessly clean and there was absolutely no noise in the neighbourhood which made for a very relaxing Holiday.
The garage even had beach umbrellas, folding chairs and pool floats available.
Briarwood is a 'gated' community with very good security so we felt totally at ease leaving our valuables in the house when we went out.
This was so good we are considering returning to try another of Eileen Lane's proprties at Briarwood!
