Our beautiful single family Executive home, in a quiet gated community, is very tastefully and comfortably furnished, carefully looked after and ideally laid out for couples or a family - the 4 bedroom/3 bathroom split floorplan provides maximum privacy for guests inside the house. The South facing enclosed pool area, with maximum seclusion outside the house and larger than average sized pool and pool deck, catches the sun all day and enjoys the finest outlook over the largest and most picturesque lake in our community. The shaded lanai area, outside the patio doors from the living room and patio doors from both double bedrooms, is ideal for sipping cool drinks and alfresco meals. Elegant 'Old Naples' and its beautiful beaches are within a ten minute drive and our spacious non smoking family home is fully equipped, accommodates up to 6 people in great comfort and is ideal for couples or a family.

The living room opens directly on to the large, screened, courtyard style pool area complete with table, chairs and sun loungers for outdoor living. Both double bedrooms have patio door access to the pool area. There are 2 tennis courts for the use of residents and a wealth of outdoor activities nearby .

Fort Myers Airport is approximately 35 miles from our home and this is an easy drive down I 75. The airport is very pleasant and provides a warm and relaxed welcome to South West Florida. Miami Airport is approximately 105 miles from our home.

Our Gated Community

Our home is situated in a prime spot in a quiet and pleasant gated community of upscale homes built around several lakes and we enjoy the quietest spot and the finest outlook over the largest and most picturesque lake in the development. Facilities in the development include clubhouse, community pool, tennis courts, volleyball court and children's play area.
