NEAR THE BEACH FLAMINGOPALMSNAPLES.COM FABULOUS VILLA S/W VIEW OF LAKE/POOL

This is our third visit to Flamingo Palms and it came up to all we have come to expect from this great villa, the weather was fabulous, sunshine every day and the lake view from sunrise to sunset was fabulous, we all enjoyed many BBQ's around the pool, the villa is very comfortable, and everyone in our family from Mum and Dad to the children had their own space, with 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms it was all we could wish for. We enjoyed Bonefish Grill, Watermark Grill especially the magician who performed many tricks for us. The beaches in Naples really are the best, fishing from the Pier and Dophin and Manatee watching was spectacular. The children enjoyed the Waterpark on Livingstone Road and Naples Zoo. we will certainly re-book again for next year and wish to thank Eileen for making the booking procedure so easy for us. Geoff called us on the Sunday to make sure everything was O.K. for our stay, of course it was, but they have a great Management Company just incase anything should occur, all in all the best villa on Briarwood, with the Landscape lightning in the front garden and around the lake adds to the pleasure of staying at Flamingo Palms.

We arrived in Naples tired after a long flight but instantly woke up when we saw the villa.
It is just as stunning as the pictures on the website suggest, very well equipped and maintained.

There were 7 adults and a 3 year old in our party and we all had plenty of space.
The master bedroom is lovely with a very large comfortable bed.


We enjoyed the pool and used it every day. Our 3 year old learned to swim during this holiday so we have special memories from our time here. Finding inflatable pool toys in the garage was a surprise bonus.

The beautiful Naples Beach was just a short drive away. We had excellent weather in February.

We were made to feel very welcome in the Briarwood community and enjoyed the Italian evening that was on one night.

I would happily recommend this villa to friends & family and we hope to return.

Comments: Fabulous villa in lovely gated community, well located for central Naples 5th Ave, beaches & restaurants; all really a 10 minute drive away. The villa is well appointed, great lay-out with spacious poolside / lanai area and great views. The villa is in excellent condition, extremely comfortable (especially comfy beds) and everything in the villa is well stocked & well organised. The pool is a very good size and well maintained. Also the alarmed doors to poolside give peace of mind with young children. It was our 2nd trip to Florida for Christmas and this was the prefect base for exploring Naples and the surrounding area; last time we stayed in Cape Coral, but Naples is more charming and has more to offer. Our boys aged 4yrs & 6yrs loved Naples zoo (do not miss the boat ride round monkey island); the the conservancy (almost next to the zoo) & corcksrew sanctuary (mangrove swamp & birds) all great for kids to explore. The surrounding beaches have great sand & some have shells; though the water was too cold for swimming when we were there; (for shells visit shell shack in Tin city - also some great restaurants.) If you enjoy shopping it's worth visiting the Miramar outlets (excellent for heavily discounted Ralph Lauren!) Everything was easy; plenty of restaurants - refer to the owners info book for ideas but Tommy Bahamas on 3rd St, was our favourite: excellent mojitos and coconut shrimp (check happy hour it's quite early!) The owners were particlularly helpful with providing info on the villa & amenities, sights and restaurants; and the management company were aslo extremely efficient and responsive when we contacted them. Briarwood is a delightful residential community with tasteful villas and well kept grounds. The childrens playground and tennis courts / volley ball also proved useful with our boys! The owners offer excellent customer service, very contactable & well organised. We recieved plenty of helpful info and recommendations. We had a magical Christmas and a wonderfully relaxing holiday. The villa proved the prefect Naples base, we would go again!
