This is a luxury four bedroom, three bathroom villa, which is ideal for a family or families to share. It has been set well back from the road, so the private screened lanai and pool have a commanding view over a picturesque lake. It is part of a quiet, gated community, situated just a ten minute drive away from Olde Naples, 5th Avenue with its designer shopping, the Pier where dolphins and other marine life can be observed, and the white sands of the Gulf beaches. This is an ideal location to relax and forget about the strains of modern day life.

This villa is located within a quiet and safe community. It is within a 3 hour drive from Orlando's Disney World, and Tampa's Busch Gardens. Sanibel Island, Fort Myers, Marco Island are all within driving distance. Also nearby is Everglades National Park where you can enjoy an airboat ride and a boat trip to see the local wildlife. Seeing alligators up close are a real experience not to be missed. Teco Arena is within 25 minutes drive from the villa, where you can watch various entertainment ranging from sports to the arts. Just 10 minutes away is the popular King Richard's Family Fun Park. Go Carts, Amusement rides (wet and dry), Baseball batting cages and Rock climbing are the few activities available. Sun - N - Fun Lagoon water park is located approx 6 miles distance from Briarwood.

The main suite has a kingsize four poster bed and in the main suite bathroom there is an extended screened shower and separate bath. This is separated from the rest of the villa by the formal lounge and dining area. The lounge has two settees, one of which extends into a bed. The formal dining area has seating for 8. Bedrooms two and three have a queen sized bed each. Bedroom two also has ensuite facilities, as well as access to the pool. Bedroom four has twin beds, plus a combined TV/video to keep the kids amused. The family room has a large screen projector TV and family entertainment centre with seating for 6, plus pool access. The breakfast area has seating for six and a view over the lake.
