Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa is located in the popular gated community of Briarwoods. Only 10 minutes from downtown Naples it is an ideal location for those looking for a relaxing vacation at the beach, playing golf, tennis, dining out or just lying all day in the sun by the pool. The villa has a private heated swimming pool that benefits from a south facing over-size deck that receives all day sunshine and overlooks a lake. All of the rooms have recently been redecorated and refurnished to a very high standard. For sporty types there are two private tennis courts are available to be used free of charge whenever you like. There are more than 100 golf courses within a five mile radius.
